I'm fooling around with the coil placement, and it makes a mark difference. Notice the two air outlets aren't on the same angle. Little bit up or down has an effect on throat hit, and the temp of the vape.
I'm having the time of my vaping life with this thing....in fact its the best vape I ever had...!!!
Loading it with 50% thinned Aroma unflavoured 24mg WTA, and its like i'm smoking again...only this time it's better
What coil are you using for such heavily vape?

Anyone has any idea what is the wire gauge numbers for the included 0.7 ohm clapton coil?
I tried the 0.7 coil, but there's a warmth back there that isn't for me. It uses more watts and draws the battery down quicker. Also uses more juice. I don't mind that, if I get a better vape from it than my usual 1.0 ohm....it don't, so I don't go there anymore.

I really like the vape from the included 0.7 ohm Clapton coil. Can't stop vaping with this coil on Ammit using Butterscotch RY4 ejuice. I have not yet tried 1 ohm coil with this Ammit MTL. I will try comparing the included coil with standard wire 1 ohm coil and see the difference. Thanks for the tip

Well, I finally got one of these --- not the one I originally ordered in June which had a failure to ship out of china and was returned to 3fvape (where I've been in open-ticket purgatory ever since (first and last order with 3fvape for me)).

Anyway, one from FT arrived today. Nicely packaged, nicely built atty. However, after successively installing a couple coils in the 1 ohm neighborhood (a 3mm and a 2.5mm), and playing with placement and airflow, the best I've achieved is an OK vape --- nothing as nice as the vape I get from either the Vapefly Galaxies RDA or the Vandy Vape Berserker RDA.

I'll try again when I get some time.

I see. So far this is my first MTL RDA and really like the vape from it. Thanks for your valuable information. Would like to try the Vapefly Galaxies to compare also.

This is better than the galaxies for sure. They just released the new Galaxies. Its an RDTA with some improvements...2ml tank and more air holes. Also an interesting fill port. Better I think to go for that one...

Well, in your opinion :)

While I'm getting an OK MTL vape from the Ammit, I rank the Berseker RDA and Galaxies RDA above the Ammit (with the Galaxies beating out the Berserker in both ease of use/build and vape quality).

You got me confused... you said above you would like to try the Vapefly Galaxies to compare...then again you say its better....?
Anyway...the Ammit is better for me because it holds more juiceand has better airflow than the galaxies rda. The galaxies rda also has a tendency to leak juice into the air channels.
I'm not saying its bad. Like I say I love it, but for me the Ammit is better. Both is a very good vape.
The Beserker rda I threw in the draw...!

The Ammit for me is better than the Galaxies RDA. Vapefly has an improved new Galaxies coming out now...its a RDTA with a 2 ml tank.
I see now. For now, I put my RDA, RDTA and etc aside and use this Ammit MTL RDA most of the time, really love it. It is my favorite atty for now other than Digiflavor Siren v2 MTL RTA.
