No that is the problem ..They did ship the stick ..but the thing is i asked for a refund before!! they shipped the stick and i was promised a refund But they shipped the Stick anyway ....i needed the money back because a financial emergency came up.


I think that was very sneeky and deceptive of this particular person at jantyUSA ..i told this person i has a financial emergency and was sent an email asking if still wanted my money back last night and i said YES!!! please

Then this morning i get a confirmation email saying item sent and no refund ...I was fumming to say the least!! ...I am not sure what to do about it, wheather to tell everybody on the janty forum how i was tricked and lyed to or not yet, i havn't decided.

I am waiting for a reply to my email to Janty asking 'why they did that"



I guess i will have to find the money i really!!! need some here else now iguess :confused:~Rick


Did you bring up your situation to Ludo.....He might still honor a refund even though the stick shipped....

I asked for a refund when the Dura C debacle was going on...through Jeff, and never heard a word...Got a hold of Ludo, got the refund...ASAP. EM him at ludo@jantyshop.com or info@jantyshop.com Mention your order number in the header line. And be nice (even though you're p*ssed) - he's a very "proper" gentleman and dislikes rants.....

I feel for ya, buddy, I really do.....I'll think nice thoughts, now (for a little bit, anyway...:D)

I think you should still get the full refund and you can send the stick back at their expense. Than was underhanded.

it was alittle underhanded wasn't it donei, that's what i thought as well ...i will try and work it out with Janty first ..I don't want to be all crazy eyed rushing in all angry and frothing at the mouth like i have seen some other disgruntled janty customers do in the past ....i will approach this nice and calmly and with a level head ..thanks donei;)~Rick


Good luck to ya Rick... I sure hope Ludo does the right thing.

I don't think that the Wiz would do that to us Donei. He's got a good sense of humor, but he doesn't play cruel jokes.
BM.....The Wiz is many things to many people...but never cruel!! As for Dumwaldo...I think he would be happier forming his own group...I truly think he would not fit in well here!!:)The Wiz!
