I use a 18650 on a vamo.

Hi Kyler,
If the Vamo is turned off and has no attachment on top, i.e. no tank or clearo etc, then it should be ok. If you want you can always take the battery out and put it in a battery case like this:

Most vendors sell them and they don't cost much. They are good for transporting batteries as well.

Should I store the battery apart from the mod and is it okay if I keep it in there overnight? What do you guys do when store your battery?

Battery should be fine to leave in mod overnight. Ive not heard that lithium batteries going pop if they are not being drained of power or being charged. Unless short circuited.

No one can say I don't take care of my batteries.

I see you run AW batteries. Right now I use efest IMR18650 as they were recommended by a friend. I did some research on batteries and the AW batteries had almost to all positive reviews. Do you think I should go with AW instead of efest? Or are equally good?

Hi Kyler,
The pic isn't mine, but yes, I mainly run AW IMR batteries, although I do use Efest IMR too sometimes. I've used both kinds in a Vamo at different times. I have often recommended either brand to people. When you need new batteries you might like to try AW IMR to try them out.
