While I'm still here, I've had a few questions via PM about my Line and SS Don set-up, how it is that the Line is so deep in the Don. I have posted this pretty much on all of the four forums I use now

I had the idea originally for the G-tank but that didn't stay in my possession for long enough to do it, but the Line isn't going anywhere so I got round to making it.

Works well and easy enough to do, it's only a connector, it loses about 10-11mm of length over just screwing the line into the Don as it is..

I made it from a brass Don 801 connector that was drilled out, then threaded internally with a 510 thread. The centrepiece is made from a CE3 connector that was sawn off and then a screw threaded through it, a small plastic washer was added to help with insulation and that's it, job done..

Hope it helps... :)

I made it from a brass Don 801 connector that was drilled out, then threaded internally with a 510 thread.

I made something similar, I took the 510 Don adapter and shortened it. I shortened the original screw and the plastic tube from the inside of the adapter, too, and put it all together. Then I screwed the adapter into the head of the Don from the downside.

The ato doesn't sink inside my Don as much as maz's, but I didn't have to cut a new Thread

Did you have the new 510 adapter Bellemerlord, the one that's threaded all around the outside?

I'd have probably done it the same way but I didn't realise the 510 adapter would come that way so I bought the 801 at the same time. On my first SS Don it had the older connector that wasn't externally threaded all the way up and I thought this one would come the same way.

You're right though, your way is less hassle

holly crap maz!!!, you should alert your local fire department that your house is not on fire.

Heh, took a little fiddling but I think I got the hang of this genisis lark in the end :)

I am so happy I bought this that I am on the list again for the next round, it just works flawlessly. Before I got this I used to think Del was exaggerating but the Line is unbelievable, the vapour and flavour are incredible, especially considering it's running at 3.7v..

I'm not doing any more of those vids, watching all that vapour go to waste just feels wrong

You know I'll take 'bxstard' as a compliment Scott

Umm, juice through it? It's fairly new, I think I made the setup on the 11th so I'd guess only about 10ml maybe a bit more mate...

The first of those vids was somebody else's Line, I took it just to show him it was working ok. The second and third are of this setup, nothing changed, I just wasn't really happy that the volume of vapour wasn't really showing up properly on that one so being a fussy bxstard I did the third..
