Good to know that's the right kanthal, what about this Mesh

And please any other vendors or thought, don't be shy. I'm looking to learn and do things right :)

The Mesh Co. is a great vendor from all I've heard - I haven't ordered from there myself. Your order may take some time coming from outside CONUS but I don't think the company wastes any time getting it shipped out so it depends on the shipping.

I've ordered from the Mesh Company. Great deal, great service. Chris will send it out right away as mentioned and the post from the UK wasn't any longer for me than any other items sent via CanadaPost or USPS.

Also like Teach said the 400 mesh works great for me. I tried some nichrome wires and they weren't so great. Kanthal 32 for sure!

Thanks for all the input :) I vape mostly 70/30 pg/vg mix. All BWB juice, but do like to vape there malty it is 70/30 vg/pg (thick).

So I'll give the 400 a shot. I'm a long haul truck driver and I won't be home for another two weeks. Hoping if I put in my order today it will be there when i get home.

Just wanted to check here and confirm that I was going in the right direction with the 32 and the mesh and they were good vendors.

I ordered one sheet (about 8 1/2" X 11") and ended up getting a few more from Chris at the Mesh Company :) So cutting a 30mm X 40mm rectangles for each wick gives you about 40 + wicks on one sheet. That's a lot of wicks! Still too new with the rebuildables but I've been on one wick for a week now.

We can not make that much devices. Both Van and me have a day job ,
and to many people signed the list. We made some extras , Line V2 is sold out
for now , but Line SS list was closed earlier , so there will be extras.
Not many , 80-100 pieces. I wish we made 2000 pieces so everyone can get one.

I am interested in a Maxi if I can get one. If so how much would it cost? I understand the day job thing and its nice you guys put the effort in to help us all out. its respectable for sure. I just want to know how, and when I can get one. Thanks.

I have a question that's been bugging me. I have the V2 Line and I seem to be getting this issue over and over again. My coil seems to be heating up more by the posts and not the coil surrounding the wick. I checked to see if I didn't oxidize the wick enough, and that's not it. I don't have any coils touching and it seems to be happening with just my V2 not my other Genesis style attys. The ends just keep glowing and I can't seem to fix the issue. The V2 works fine, but I was wondering if this is normal. The coil doesn't seem to last as long though, b/c of this issue. Any suggestions?

It sounds like there is too much space between the post and the wick - you can bend the silver contact wires to be a little closer to the wick and tighten up to the post. Sometimes just manuvering the wick and coils around will eliminate the hot spots.
