Yes

I think is due the Christmas days and the lazy customs and postal services guys here in Mexico, maybe cyned's package and mine are here along with a bunch of other packages, waiting for entrance and register.

The funny thing is that the second package that was sent 5 days before has already sent to my local postal office.

I hope it is a thing of being patience.

what does the resistance measure out on one of these? i have a LT so if resistance is low the voltage will not be variable.

That would depend on how it's set up. More wraps of Kanthal = higher resistance.
