There are a few that use PWM but in conjunction with VV. The Joker by vaprlife is one. Using PWM only seems to be a euro thing.

Your standard Joye 510 battery is PWM. Always has been. One of the reasons you start out with something like 3.2v on a fresh battery (conversly the KR808 batteries are not). I believe the difference is there is no control circuitry to vary the PWM to maintain a constant effective voltage.

The eGo has a fixed PWM around 3.2 V. You can't regulate it. That is often not enough for Mods.
With the electronic of the box you can regulate the PWM to your needs.

Kinda looks like a genisis made from a flashlight body and some spare acrylic tubing. It is interesting looking though.

OMG. This is homemade genesis atty from one of our croatian forum members Frenk. He makes flashlight mods and this is his genesis atty. For you to make it , costs around 35 kuna or 6$. It works fine but , i cant tell you any more i do not want to offend anybody.
