Genisis LV and Box Kronos

Well i'm still looking forward to this Genisis can't wait. And we all did know that in would take some time because of it being a co-op the price was very good.
Trying again.
Your right kcos this is all about people helping others while having responsibilities etc outside the coop
When I post updates on the German forum I post them here as well. Update means something new.
When I post that the metal parts are coming at the 20th October and somebody mails and asks if I had shipped, than he is wasting my time.
Sometimes I regret the invitation of this board to the project but the absolute majority of the members are nice people and bring me up again.
That shows that you totally didn't understand a project. You didn't order and payed for your order.
This is a project with passive members, which pay their obolus for the items they want, and active members, who spend their free time to make the items. There is no profit but only work.
A dealer is happy for any order that comes.
We are happy for any order which doesn't come.
A slight but important difference.
In a Croatian board they mean that we are cheating them and we are lieing. I don't know what is going on in the heads of this people. I would like to kick them all out. On the other hand there are also some nice guys which I would hit with that.
Such is life and we learn in life.

By the way. When I posted our offer here I was looking for some to participate. But what comes out was a heavy attack on my mail box with order mails. That is not a problem and we can handle that. Seemed to be a large interest.

Was just a joke. You participate already as a passive member. We can handle that easy. For the Genisis there is only the CNC-machiner, who does the metal parts, buy the way they are done in Siberia on German CNC machines, and one guy assembling all. I do the organisation and the shipping. No problem guys.
The box is a bit more complicated. But as well no problem.

We started a new batch of the Genisis because we reached the quantity we need to get a good price. Lets see how fast we get them.
I will keep you informed. I think they will be ready before the box is ready. It is no problem to ship separate.

No, but we begged to get in and he reluctantly agreed.
We are paying material costs only and he is doing all the work.
I figure my job is to not create any unecessary work for him.
For $0 compensation my expectation of schedule is pretty lax.
For $0 compensation my expectation of manners is nil.
Uwe just ignore these people and go about your business. It doesn't matter what you say or do they'll complain. We all knew going in this was a co-op and timelines are not set in stone. I'm sure if they want to drop out someone else will gladly pay what ever there cost is to replace them. People chill TFO, these guys are doing us a favor and if you don't have patience you probably should have never got involved with this co-op in the first place.

Actually, everyone is supposed to have some manners here, I think its in the rules.
Just to come to numbers:
We have 350 Kronos in the pipe line - 41 orders are from outside of our German forum.
We have 550 Genisis LV in the pipe line - 158 orders are from outside of our German forum.
90% of the Russian orders haven't been paid
60% of the Croatian orders haven't been paid
2% of the orders from this board haven't been paid - that is pretty normal
0,5% of the orders from the German forum haven't been paid - that is good
That is useless work - Invoice, Remainder, Remainder
A Co-Op is large work and time lines have to be flexible. It could happen a lot as it happened here:
- the turner had to change the factory. Before he was always in time
- the construtor was in hospital and is just out
- the layouter can't finish his layout without the constructor
- active members have a heavy work load in their job and don't have so much free time
etc.
We are doing our best but it is a lot of work.
We are waiting for the metal parts for the Genisis and start building the prototype of the box next week.
Everything is running.
