Okay, so I got my ipv2 about a month ago, and until today only used an omega on it. When my Magma came today I go to put it on and notice it doesn't sit flush. A bunch of people told me to tighten down the screw to bring it down closer, so I did. When I was screwing it down, I couldn't tell it was going down at all, and I could hear the spring inside. Well this worked for about an hour and now I'm getting check atomizer every time unless I bring down the pin a bit on the magma. Can someone please tell me what's wrong and if I took some terrible advice on screwing with that pin? I'm .......

Thankfully it's all good, had to wait until I got off work to look at it more. Can't believe I missed this and I laughed hard at myself. One of my negative connections had come a little loose on my build >_<

Ban this person!

JK, same thing happened to me on another device but the spring got stuck on the pin. Anger turned to love...

Be glad it wasn't a mechanical mod that you fired that build on...

Or what? No connection is no connection - Mechanical or otherwise.

Negative is ground side Ground cannot short to ground. Open cannot go boom.

* and yes, screws can back off. I check my builds regularly for just that reason*
