Well I think that part of the problem is people resisting the thought of switching. You may find you have better luck getting people to just look to try it out and look to save a little money. If they think it's an either/or thing then this creates stress, and stress and trying to quit or even just cut down do not mix.
While you can spend a fair bit of money on this, it's dirt cheap to start out, you spend a hundred bucks, a carton of cigarettes worth of money, and you're set up to save several hundred. The cost of the juice is ridiculously cheap compared to analogs. That's what got me started here. Appeal to people's resistance to being raped by the government, every pack they don't buy will make them about $10 richer. Moreover, the government is preying on our addiction by essentially robbing us every time we buy analogs, let's fight back and this is a way to do it. If you cut down by half on the analogs even well that's a big help.
So I've been vaping for 5 months and the only way I'll quit is that if I don't have to go through any withdrawal symptoms and in fact feel better all the way. I certainly do feel better vaping 75% of the time and smoking 75% less. Beyond that, we'll see, but it's stress free. For someone who has been smoking heavily for over 30 years and had become totally resigned to the fact that I'll be smoking until the day I die, and smoking a lot as even attempts to cut down met with complete failure, this whole thing is damn exciting and I'm very happy with the progress I've made. It's all about no pressure though.
