One of my friends said to me "Are you using that because you cant handle real cigarettes?" so i passed him my subtank with a 0.5 filled with a REALLY strong menthol (was getting rid of vapers tongue) and turned it up to 30w.... He soon retracted his statement when he gathered his breath again.

Lmfao fake is there any limit to how stupid people can be, I've dealt with many vaping haters most of them now have a better understanding of them but I've never had someone call my ecig a fake one. We vapers really need to start organising not in a legislative way but adverts and openly engaging the public as they and their perceived desires drive legislation take care of them you make legislation a lot harder and a lot more transparent on who and what is really driving legislation. Only thing politicians hate more then following an agenda not their own is it being clear they are doing it.

I had 2 people today talking about the fakeness of vaping and how it's worse than smoking blah blah. I told them that the only real thing about cigarettes, is cancer. I also told them they smell like .....

I had one person (a current smoker who knew I had quite smoking and switched to vaping) watch me vaping, shake his head sadly, and say "it's just not the same, it is". I thought for a second and replied "Nope....its much better!" He really looked surprised....

One guy who asked me about mine in a parking lot asked me if it was as good as cigarettes; when I said "better!!!" quite enthusiastically, he looked stunned -- and he sure left in a hurry -- maybe to get to the vape shop before they closed!

If somebody said that to me and I was using a cig-a-like I might have to agree with them, but I've never bought one. The few cig-a-likes I've tried just didn't do it for me. Although I like your reply back.

This has happened to me twice this week as well. I simply looked at them, took a big hit of vapor, and grinned at them. I figure if anyone is curious and wants to try vaping, they will ask questions. I don't have time to deal with ignorant folks.
