So I was just wondering if anyone else is going through the same experience I am. I was a mid-to-heavy smoker and I quit one year ago when I decided to give vaping a go. It got me off cigarettes immediately and I was obsessed with it from the start. I was vaping the mid-level nicotine strength.

About 3 months ago, I switched to 0 nicotine because I noticed I was getting more flavor from juices with no nicotine. Then I started noticing I wasn't really using my e-cig as often. I can only assume it is because I no longer crave the nicotine. But considering my obsession with vaping, I never imagined that I would want to stop doing it even if I weaned myself off of the nicotine. Several of my friends who never smoked a day in their life vape 0mg all day long. I tried vaping with nicotine juices just to see if it would make me get into it again, but my throat was in pain the next morning.

Basically I'm down to taking anywhere from 0 to 10 puffs a day on my Silver Bullet with a Cisco 306 atty. I'm on the wait-list for a high end mechanical scheduled to arrive in October and I'm just wondering if I should cancel my order if I'm not gonna use it. Maybe I'll get into it again once I have a better set-up...I don't know what my problem is

Absolutely no shame in ridding yourself of the nic-monkey for good!

I'd consider it a huge milestone in your journey to be free of cigs/nicotine, not as an indicator that somethings wrong.

If anything, youve managed to accomplish something many of us have only dreamed of.

Carry on, and best of luck!

OK, please remind me of your issue?

Sounds like a prudent and financially solid decision.

Such as?

I don't know what my problem is

Considering your statements, all I can suggest (if ya truly still want to vape) is to do a major flav change.

Good luck, I guess...

Definitely this. I wish I could get to this point. I am at 8 mg and the last time I tried to cut just to 6 mg I couldn't quite do it. I hope to get to the place you are in one day.

If it were me, I would cancel the order for the new mod, but keep something around so if you do end up feeling the urge to smoke you can jump back into vaping.

Congrats!!! :toast:

I was the same way, once I started vaping I was DONE with cigarettes. I went from a blu disposable right to a vamo and started buying up all kinds of vaping gear. In the 2.5 months that I have been vaping I have made it from 24mg to 6mg, and I can't wait to get to 0mg and just put this stuff away for good. It was fun at first but now it's just a hassle. I'm tired of ordering juice, making new coils, charging batteries, ect. I at least didn't go too crazy, The only mods I bought were a Vamo, ego vv mega, and a K101.

I don't think that's strange at all nor do I think anything is wrong with you. I think you've reached a goal most people here are also aiming for. Congrats on accomplishing a major milestone in your life and I wish you all the best. I would say cancel the high-end mod and by yourself a congratulatory gift for your health and wellness. IMHO it would be smart to keep a setup you like in a drawer for safe keeping so if you ever get hit with the stresses of life and want to have a smoke, you can pull out your gear get vaping relatively soon.

Congrats to you. There are a lot of people who'd like to be where you are and just as many who continue vaping long after reaching zero nic.
It's all about choice and I don't see anything wrong with that.
As I read your post, part of me wondered if you lost interest because you may have become bored with your current delivery devices.

You don't have a problem, you've found the solution. You have completed my plan. I started at 18mg and down to 6mg. I'm hoping to be done with them in two months or so. For me, it's a means to an end and not just a lifestyle change. Certainly nothing wrong with permanent vaping as it's worlds better than smoking, I just want to be free of having to carry something everyday.

It's different for each of us. Like others said, keep your stuff in case you get the urge.
I like vaping. Over 2yrs into it, I see it getting more exciting as their are more options with more stores opening up. I look forward to buying all natural/organic, no added food color flavors from a company making them less than 10mi from me. I just found them today. I had been buying from a ridiculously expensive shop in Vegas.
Good luck in your choice as long as there are no analogs in your future.
