I had some more thoughts about that Pete and I wanted to ask you a question actually. Have you ever inadvertently put the battery in upside down (positive end down) and tried to vape it? It's just I tested this theory out for myself and found that when I put the battery back in the correct way, the atomiser performance had diminished greatly. This was the same for every subsequent new atty, and eventually the switch died.... so the switch had been permanently damaged by this action, but only to the point that performance was well below par.
Anyway, I'm not saying that this happened to your pipe, but was thinking it could explain a lot. I would be happy to send you a new pipe bowl and some attys to test this theory out if you could send the potentially faulty bowl and any faulty atomisers back to me that you need replacing.
EDIT: Whoops - forgot to answer your question! Last time I chatted to the suppliers they said that they had made improvements to the atomisers so we should be getting some more in around a months time with any luck.
Sorry to op for talking about my mini pipe on this thread..it's just that I saw Tim chatting here.
Tim, I did put a battery in upside down once but the atties still worked perfectly, when they were new ....they just didn't last for more than a few days before the performance was terrible..I have always ended up taking them apart to inspect them and I am convinced it's because of the way they have draped the fibreglass wicking material from the metal mesh bridge all over the coil, all the black gunk sticks to the fibres and cocoons the coil in it. It never mattered what juice I used they were always incredibly choked up with the gunk within a couple of days. I think I shall wait untill you get some of the new atties and try a couple of them.
dont mind i just frustrated as plan to settle with gg to have good and decent smoke tonight and cant

I just got my GG this morning and I noticed that you have to really press the button to get it to work. You can't just do a wushy press - you have to really depress the button.
Don't know if you've done that or not.
The only problem I have right now with my GG is my pinky finger keeps wanting to go to the end of the tube to press the button hahaha!!
After vaping with the GG for several hours now Iza thinkin I might retire my SD.
Tim - how did you manage 3 day shipping from the UK to the USA? Absolutely awesome. Totally surprised and very happy to get it today.

Georgina, please open the atomizer's back cap of GG and look the moving part (the gold one). Is it moving or it is stick? If it is stick, push it with your finger. Then try to smoke again with your atty
If this does not work, look if something is between the button and the inside case of GG to the point that button touches the case.

Mamu, if you have to press the button hard, then you must clean it. Have you see the cleaning button video? Go and see it and remember to buy a sandpaper 1000 or 1200.
The brass is getting dark after some days so maybe you took a GG that it was in stock several days. The brass end of the button is not shiny anymore, so sand it and you will vape only with a touch
Exept this, you can turn the head of the button 1/2 circle or 1/4 circle and try again. You will see that you need smaller pressure. Thats because the button's brass end touches with another point the GG's case.
But the solution is the sandpaper. If you do it every time you have misfire (e.g. every week), you will have the next 10 years always the same vaping experience as now

I can confirm that I am definitely not the only one who licks 9 volt and other batteries and get funny looks! I have also licked PC power supplies to taste the 5 and 12 volts, I think I am going to enjoy licking my GG!
I also lick network connections from time to time, I have never tasted any electricity going through those! Perhaps they need to be talking to something for power to flow!
I don't lick telephone wires, I know that if they ring they hurt!

I never have to push my button hard. It is most easy to push. I thought Sakis,will address this.
thanks there is only a very small gap between the button and case its vertaly touchig the case when even depressed.the part connector to atmoiser gold is fine i think may have to wait for new atmoisers tomorrow but cant seen my atmoiser causing a problems as it puffs away happy on 901 i just had to patience as not having much luck this week as my atmoisers order got mess up with another supplier should be tomorrow with any luck
1) When you say that the gold bolt is nice what do you mean? Is it moving freely?
2) Can you clean the battery connector with a wet paper?

There's been a few times when I pressed it I get nothing and I press it again and it works.
my gg is not producing anything so perhaps it is my atmoiser but atmoiser works in 901 i will see hopeful tom as back up i have order another atmoiser from tim just case the others do not arrive which will get to me on friday
When you have misfires the ONLY reason is this and nothing else. If you clean it you will never have misfires and the GG will fire with a soft touch
Georgina, if the atty works in another cig then the atty is ok. But you did not answer to any of my questions yet.
