GG arrived today, help

we batts in first it didnt work so i thought the batts were not charged fully so put them in for charge then tryed again with no joy . we have not tamperd with this device when i hold the device upside down the pin becomes flush with the batts in but when it is hld the right way up the pin sinks

Well did you open the front cap?

Imeo means the cap by the button end....

we have only opend the end cap when we instruted to chech if the fat bolt sat in the washer

The short cirquit can happened

1) if the batteries went inside the GG with the front cap open, so the spring was not in right position and touch the case

2) the button touch the case (almost impossible), exept the insulant between GG and button moved by a big pressure

Do you have skype & a web cam Georgie - maybe you could be the first customer to resolve issues with video skype if you want a quick fix?

Alternatively send it back to me tomorrow and we'll try and get it repaired and sent back to you by saturday if the postal system can manage that kind of turnaround!

but before skype, please tell me the distance between the batteries (when they are inserted in the GG) and the case of GG (without putting the atomizer's cap)

without the battery cap and batteries inserted the measurement from the top of the batts to the top barrel is 10mm

There is no contact then.

This happened from a short cirquit. I cant imagine the way that GG has a short cirquit exept:

1) you put the batteries first and then the front cap

2) There is no white grommet in the front cap

3) there is no white grommet in front of the back cap's nail

4) the button's insulant is out of its place

all i did was unscrew atmoiser cap to inserted the batteries then i screwed the atmoiser to puff that all

if its big (bigger than 10 mb) then you can uploaded to youtube.

You go to google, write the word youtube and open the first site. If I remenber well it will ask for sing up. Then you go to the right up corner it says video. Move the cursor there and will see "upload". Push it and follow instructions

the shop batts i used were the same voltage as the ones you supplied me with because we thought the batts you supplied us withwere were not working becauase they wernt charged so i cant think that its something we have done
