somewhere out there......
Oh I know that's not what you ment grimmer, but you also need to remember the Imeo is the creator, he is the artist, he has to be able to be satisfied that his creation is up to "HIS" standards. He has to be able to look at his work and know that when his art gets into peoples homes, they will smile and appreciate it for what he has intended it to be, look like and perform like.

to bad the GG cant be made of liquid metal lol...

YouTube - Liquidmetal - Technology demo

bouncing GG's all over the place....

In the land of no hills and red dirt
What I think is telling is people complaining about switch problems, etc., on other well heeled mods, and hardly any complaints on the GGTS.

Some mention leaking, which imeo is fixing for just the cost of shipping.

Others don't like having to polish theirs occasionally. I mean, come on! Yeah, the little ridges are great at catching dirt, but the unit still works fine: push the button, get a vape, repeat. Any atty, any batty. Locking switch.

With the AFS, I can't image needing any other mod for quite a while. Heck, I was even wanting to cancel my juicebox order until a couple of people here strongly suggested that I don't step out of line.

Sometimes I catch myself holding it to my ear when I push the button to make sure its firing...force of habit gained by using other mods before this one. I expect this to go away very, very soon.

I'm still on the same 510 atty for eight days straight with no letup in sight, hooray! Compared to how I was killing them with my other mods, this alone will make the GGTS pay for itself in a few months.

I'm barely a week in, but I'm damned impressed. Maybe the wife will use the juicebox...:p

I'm sitting here with a GGTS and a Prodigy V2, which I spent $70 on, and had been giving me switch issues from the first day (which have been corrected after some tweaking)... based solely on the craftsmanship of both devices, I have no regrets spending $200 on my GG. Simple as that... don't change a thing, Imeo.

Thanks a lot MHR. If I change something it would be for a better way only friend, but you know that already!:):)

We all read these threads, we know what Imeo does. He strives to make the best e-cig available on the market. And he succeeds. We aren't just paying for materials. We're paying for innovations we can't get anywhere else.

I'll let Imeo pick the materials, he spends the time considering the pros and cons of each of his decisions. He makes prototypes and sends out beta units. He's doing this right. His work and ingenuity are what we are paying for. He decides which materials give him the performance he is trying to achieve and I have no reason not to trust his judgement.

Yep same here. I am gonna let the V2 go to a friend just as soon as the adapter gets back from PS. It fell apart in the first week. I have the V1 so no real need for a 2nd 5v device.

GG is what everyone here knows... the very best on the market! Make it cheaper??? no way!! cheaper materials for a GG?? only thinking of that is making me chill...

For people that they afford to buy a FERRARI (and not a Porsche cause GG is a Ferrari) they are taking all the carbon-fiber parts of the car NOT cause they need them but cause thats what a Ferrari represents ... the BEST.

I am considering my GG's as the BEST and expect nothing less... There is NO cheap Ferrari's out there! Why should be a GG??

As I said to the other thread maybe I will never come to the cheap game. It was just a thought but as I see it no one agrees with it so I dont see a reason for this. I just drop this idea to help newbies to stay on vaping game

Thanks Koalex:)

We must always try to help keep newbies vaping. We just want the GG name to always mean the absolute best quality available.:)

I think it's a GREAT idea.... Not make a cheaper device mind you, but to try and keep people vaping and to get them on a good product to start so they don't give up because they have a horrid device...

You can't do it alone and I think this is where we, the users, can step up and help by word of mouth, taking the extra time in a thread to explain to new vapers the benefits of buying a high end device from the start...

I think many of us have tossed plenty of money down the drain buying junk devices before we moved up the the quality made mods....

This is an area where we all can improve... Take the extra time and explain our path, how much money we wasted to get where we are today...

Again, my .02

I think that you are right Raq, thats the solution. China products cost 25 euros and GGSlim costs 90 euros that means a little less than 4 china cigs. But I think that 4 china cigs will not last more than 1 year and with problems, anger, returns, buying new expensive batteries, no satisfaction, etc. Is it worth it?
GGSlim is slim almost like a china cig that will last for ever. So the solution is (as you said) to explain better to people what we mean by saying to them to buy a hi end Slim cig.
