That looks very much the same as my #853 except mine has aluminum telescope and a brass button thats not knurled. It's that smooth aluminum one and it has black plastic that kind of wraps itself to the engraving tube.

Strange .. maybe some vets could answer why.

Yup these small details need adding up to see what was what and who got what.

GGTS #853 sorry forgot to show the number but it's very thinly engraved whereas yours is double lined which indicates that your engraved tube is Rev 1 ... I think.

Ahh so i wonder why the bottom cap is a rev2 i can understand the top ad cap being placed as the addon.

Luckily i have a rev1 spare brass 4in1 cap to bring it back into line with its true form but this is how i usually display it.

My understanging is Rev 1's all had 4 in 1 connector caps. Rev 2's came with the adjustable draw top. I know my 493 TMF is a Rev 2 so I would hazard to say if yours is a higher number and has adjustable draw it is a Rev 2. Also my 493 has the side hole bottom cap as well,.

Also I use to own #593 and it was a rev 2 as well. I don't think the Rev 1 went all the way up to number 600.

Maybe the collector tank is from the AVS and not part of GGTS and it is indeed Rev1? just saying..

Question about GGTB: Alu and nic - they dont have engravings on the tube -only on cap? Is that right?
And for SLIM: when were they made? and numbers of alu and nickel ans ss seems like noone know?
And i would like to buy one of the two slims with side-button

Runju get in line. I've been searching for that 2 side-button slims endlessly. I've read messages from 01/2009 till 2012 to find who the hell has those.
The Alu and Nickel TBs indeed don't have side engravings. Only on the bottom cap. But i've heard there are 2 (again that magic number) with only wings engraved on the tube. I haven't bothered asking imeo cause he'll surely go like "hmmmm i don't remember"...
As far as the number goes if imeo or the sellers don't remember and since there are no serial numbers it seems we'll never find out.
