GGTS #853 sorry forgot to show the number but it's very thinly engraved whereas yours is double lined which indicates that your engraved tube is Rev 1 ... I think.

I have a quick question. Am not sure what i have, hehe. It's a SS GGTS, Serials 1614. Am not sure if its rev 1 or rev 2 or its a newer version. So, yeah. If i posted on the wrong thread, am sorry.

Hey guys i have a ggts #620. I am told this is an aluminum without nickel plating but it is developing black marks on it like some sort of nickel plating is coming off it. Is there a chance that my 620 is coated? If not does anyone else have any black marks forming on theirs? Thanks for any help.

That is your Aluminium corroding away you may be able to get them polished out but its not nickel coated.
