Guys, I really apreciate your concern about all this stuff.

As Trog had said to his forum, SD is a commercial product, so we mustnt ask him how the SD is made. The wrong with Trog was that he had said already too much about the SD and then people get disapointed when he stop talking about these things.

I dont want to dissapoint people like you, you are my customers and I really love you for your support. You are all amazing people and you have understand what we are doing here.:thumb:

Maybe we had to talk about this stuff with the girls in pms because now all of you want to see a video of how assembling the GG's button. If I wanted to publish it I would have done it already without sending private video to girls.

But I think that it is the last thing you want to know because you will not use it amnywhere, its just curiosity. I would like you not to bring me in a difficult situation only from simple curiocity.:)

You understand (I hope) that I cant show a video like this in public. Of course its not dificult to buy and disassembling a GG to see how it is made, you can do it on all products in the market, but dont ask me to do it myself. If someone wants to do it ok but I cant.:)

So I will not send to girls that video because if I do it, all the other people will complain.I want to be fair to all of you. I had made some gifts to some of you in the past but it was only because I am a man who wants to make people happy.

You dont want to destroy GG do you?

You see how helpful I am, you see that I dont want money for my updates (I ask only for 7 euros to send it to you and 6 euros for the cost of the button only).

If someone wants to correct me, I will listen. But first, think what you would do to if you were to my position.

Thanks you read this big post, I want to be totally clear every time, I dont like to do things behind you and never dissapoint you. Only make you happy, thats my concern all the time:D:D

How about a replacement button kit with an instructional CD
or just some pictures but :

I understand it's difficult. Tim would have to check for each ECF member who asks for it that he really is a GG owner (e-mail check), handle some kind of non-disclosure agreement, ... a lot of hassle for a button protection.

Without forgetting one will probably end-up damaging his button.

Hey Frog -

Forgot to welcome you earlier - nice to see you here and welcome to the GG forum! :)

Nice idea with the instructional CD - perhaps that would be an idea, but I think it could lead to potential problems for example if the button isn't fitted correctly by the user, would the warranty still be valid?

I think all in all, for anyone who has the old button style and who is keen on the locking button system, they should be more than happy to take Imeo up on his kind offer of an update.... for my own GG i'll just continue to remove the atomiser when stowed away.

Imeo, we understand your dilemma.

You're right - it would not be wise to post a video or the pictures.

I'd probably ending up doing something stupid anyway and then I would be really upset.

If we want upgrades to our button, we simply send to you.

I'm fine with that.

I have found it a problem out and about putting the GG in a front pocket of jeans (not a good idea with atty attached - I burnt out one atty by doing this I think). I don't have a purse yet but I may get one if I ever go back to a certain tranny club a few streets away perhaps <w>

For a guy a wallet won't take the Grant even with atty unscrewed.

I have experimented putting the GG in a hard spectacle case for safety in a front pocket but this is bulky.

For day walking Osprey do a really nice rucksack with an ideal tiny pocket (probably designed for a small slim torch) which fits the GG a treat and you place the switch to the front so it doesn't spark up through pressure on your chest. You can even in fact vape with the GG remaining in the strap pocket if you carefully tilt your head to the exposed atty on the strap (fabulous for a more discreet vape where you don't really want too much attention drawn to yourself).

Select the second picture of the bag so you can see BOTH front straps and then run your mouse over the straps (which magnifies the picture) to see these ideal pockets - One pocket for the GG the other on the other front strap for ya 10/20 ml bottle of juice spare set batteries:

(With this bag you can also carry all your cutting mixing juices glycerine / mixing bottles/ syringes/ charger/ spare bats and all your juices to while away the hours whilst you're out for the day climbing mountains etc. abseiling, whatever) :D

It's an absolute must have for the outdoor type GG Guy or Gal!

I'm fine with it as well. Although it make break my heart a little to part with it for even a short time.

Mamu, have you found it to be a problem when carrying the GG in your purse?

Suzi, Its HELL to be without it! Last time I freaked out and abused 4 different types of e-cigs, 901 batts died, 901KLR got its famous 2 second battery shut-off, 2 801 batts Died, and 1 510 batt died, all in 2 weeks! LOL GG withdraw is NOT fun!

I know, iken. I haven't even gotten it yet and I'm already dreading parting with it. I probably should've waited for the next batch that's protected but I didn't want to wait any longer. Story of my life.

The only time it worries me is when it might be knocking around in my purse. What do you think about this case for protection?

AS506 3 Tier Eyeglass & Contact Lens Case Kit

Inside Inch: 2 1/4" W x 5 3/4" L x 1" H
Inside mm: 62 W x 150 L x 25 H

ROFL!! purse - what purse? :D I haven't carried a purse in years.

I usually wear carpenter jeans that have the nice side pockets.

Use to I'd have my ciggies in one side and my wallet in the other side.

Now I have an e-cig in one side pocket instead of ciggies.

The nice thing about the side pockets is that I don't have to worry about sitting on anything.
