I own several GGTS's but the GGTB is my first love for the stealthyness and just cool factor.

My generation invented cool by the way but as the years add up, and The Beatles, Deep Purple and Pink Floyd take a back seat to Mylanta, Geritol and fibre pills, I guess we all slow down a bit. i love comfortable shoes more than ever now. I still get the munchies once a week and on fishing trips and still travel to Amsterdam on business trips 4 times a year so there..

I spent this weekend working on my Woodies. I've wrapped two of them now in a really nice Zebra Ebony veneer. Very nice, supple wood to work with. I've posted on the process in older posts so I won't be redundant here. What I did do though was try a really great wood product called CCL. Its made in the UK and is used on really really high end gunstocks. I'm talking Bastogne walnut, Circassian Turkish walnut etc. I'm talking $20-$30k double guns here. England makes the finest in my opinion although there has been a strong rivalry between them, the Italians and the Germans. What does this have to do with my Woody and eciggs you may ask? Well, wood is wood is wood I say.

This is the stuff. Thin oil that cleans off top coat of varnish/oil coat. You need the varnish for strength but the oil keeps it flexible. Wood was alive once, remember that

third one is 50micron heavy Sterling .995 with a polyurethane haze coat. Glass hard and clear. Base is brass which makes for great plating surface

The 4th is nickle, in a native 901 which I've rethreaded to 801 and use only for lr fusions running black AW17640's which is a true 7am to 7 pm batt

The light is my alum travel GGTB. It sits in my briefcase. Extremely powerful light. Blew my mind how bright it is. After boading, the light comes off and my drip ody comes out of my shaving kit along with 12ml of torque56 in 24mg and i vape my way to destination Cool shyte

Here's a woodie running a 1.4 ohm ody coil on a 17640 batt. Its a great set up. The tip is ebony

This is all you need to mount the woodie tip. Too much and you burst the wood. Once its on, no need to remove on the dripper

Looks great. I am renewing my love affair with my Alum GGTB as we speek. I got the parts I needed to run ody in drip and full mode yesterday so I made up a coil for dripping mode loaded up my Alum GGTB and we were off. I forgot how light this thing is compaired to my SSGGTS. Even with Batts and drip mode ody it seems to weigh less then my GGTS with no batts or feeder. I just need to learn to drip. Never been any good at it. And I seem to have to drip about 3 times as much as all the dripping videos I've seen.

Anyways thanks for sharing.

Thats just beautiful work there, Torque. The first GG I ever bought was a TB from Vaporkings, and it's my constant companion
at work, never lets me down. That one I can never part with.. On the contrary, I recently gave it a fancy makeover with all the new steel
TB gear as a gesture of appreciation for all it has done for me. It seems quite pleased. But still lonely. When/if those new steel TB tubes
come in, however, that shouldn't be a problem for much longer;)

Awesome work as always brother Torque!

I have to admit there has been such a revival of sorts for the GGTB that I am sorely tempted. Bruce has stocked enough parts these last couple of orders to make a stainless one. Just waiting to see how much the tube will be before pulling the trigger. :D
