is that refund option for all of us that are unhappy with our gg's and what dealer do we contact?? vaporviking is no longer the dealer and that is whom we bought them from. My two ggtb's are only two weeks old. And why sell the magnets for the switch separate when there is also a problem with the springs in the switch why weren't they installed in the new ggtb's so that would not be an issue down the line.

So Imeo when you say that is only for Smokie others that have problems cant get a refund that seems to be one sided if I ran a business and offered a refund to one person cause they weren't happy due to a spring issues or switch issues I would offer it to anyone or replace the parts that were defective in one way or another. I would also send them parts out at no charge even pay for the shipping to make them happy. People talk and others listen and it can affect a business. Don't take me wrong I like the GG just the battery spring and switch is the only problem but both of them is what makes the product work. If the switch had the magnets in them the spring in them would not be an issue. And I have stated the problems I have had since I was the one that started the post.

So Ed, your problem is the switch because it misfires and the spring because you dont have the latest version. Ok, no problem, Bruce will send you the newer spring. As for the button, I recommend you to do some things and it will not misfire again. Are you ready to accept my advices?

ok then. Button has no real issues. Its only a matter of cleaning. The reason is that after some complains yesterday I saw that nickel proccedure left salt to the button parts. They are white marks or lines inside button, under its head or on the pin. Use a cleaning cream like autosol or cape cods to remove the salt. You will not have firing problems again. And if you take button apart please check the spring to see if its in good contition after your shorts.

I hope you cleaned it very well to avoid futures problems with button Ed. I just notice this issue after 3-4 complains. I also know why this happened to GGTB buttons and not to GGTS. Store that makes the nickel didnt change the water on the last dip of buttons inside it. They also assemble the buttons just to help me a little. Thats what I mean when I say that I dont trust anyone to touch any GG and thats why I delay all the time to produce units. I will never do that again. Maybe the solution is to send unassembled units to all of you and you can assemble it.

My later GGTB is working perfectly now Imeo, thank you for the tips yesterday.

Have to say my early GGTB hasn't had this little problem at all, so that fits in exactly with what
has happened to Ed . . . I'm very pleased he's got his working ok now, as the GGTB is a lovely
ecig and it's sad to see anyone unhappy with it. :)

Thanks perp, nice to hear that you did a perfect job.!

Some people dont want to take advices perp. GG is made in a way to fix any issue alone. I only ask them to do from the begining what they will do in some weeks, like cleaning the button. But they think something is wrong with the device. I understand the frastuation but I am always here to offer any help even to change the device with a new one if something really happens.

Imeo maybe you can offer an assembled or disassemble option to the GG and let the people decide if they want to put it together so later they will know how to make repairs. Also include a parts list so if they have a problem with a part they will know what the part number is so they can order that part. Of if they are having a problem they will be able to put the name you have given to the part so it would be easier to trace the problem down faster.
