If they can afford that they can afford a GG stealth and get the tubes later and have a real deal GG
I don't care what anyone says.Copying someone's work,creation,art,etc..,is NOT RIGHT!Selling the copy,making the copy and buying the copy are ALL WRONG in my opinion.It supports thievery and that is never a good thing.It's not like Imeo is some big corporation,making millions of GG's,so he can afford to get ripped off by low-quality copies of his work.If you can't afford the real thing(which is a joke,because none of us vapers are living hand to mouth or we wouldn't vape) then DON'T BUY IT! I am offended for Imeo when I read people trying to condone the buyers,sellers,and creators of GG knock-offs.I am always against any creator/artist getting ripped off.BOYCOTT THESE KNOCK-OFFS and show true respect to the true and honest man behind the GG-curtain.That's my 2 cents.....fuse....blown again.Heh heh.But really.I mean it.

Update: I found out how to use adapters with this unit: http://ggwiki.et.com.mx/index.php/GG_adapters
The manufacturer told me they will soon make a special adpater for standard 510 tanks, for now you'd need to stack some 510 adapters.

another copier had a link on his site that was driving customers to GGTS videos on youtube! Crazy situations!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS:::::I think Imeo's GG products , e-cig mods/RBA's are the most copied/cloned ++ IN THE WORLD !!!!!!!!
I wasn't talking about this copy, I was talking about the Chi Chi and other similar ~40-45 dollar mods with side buttons that vaguely resemble a GG. This is an exact copy, part for part. I think it's crap. I shouldn't have included my example because it goes against what I was saying. I was NOT saying I approve of this, infact it's BS. But the Chi Chi, sure it's a knock off of the overall idea, not a part for part copy of this. And to say it's a joke not to be able to afford a $40 mod, batts a charger and juice, it most certainly isn't.... As a matter of fact, when I first started vaping 2 and a half years ago I was still a student, working a few hours a week at Quiznos for $7.25 doing what I could to get by. I had to save for weeks to have the money to buy a starter kit and juice. I am talking about certain "clones" (by clones, I mean gear that vaguely represents other stuff). I personally am thankful for the "DID clone". I had really wanted to try a genesis before that but I wasn't willing to pay $150 to try something that might not even work well. Well, the did clone came out, and for $25 I got to finally experience Raidy's "genisis" idea. If it weren't for the reasonably priced clone I never would have gotten to try it, because $150 on a new, foreign idea is just too much.
So please don't mix up my saying I don't have problem with some Chinese products, and me simply making a comment about the fact that there are people out there that are probably stoked for this (reread my post, that's all I said). THIS is crap, but I was speaking more of things like the DID clone, the Smok Telescope (total crap, IMHO), etc. Some people call them clones even though they are often quite different from the idea they're supposed to be cloning, and the manufacturer's obviously put at least some time designing them, even if they did "borrow" some of the ideas from elsewhere. THIS on the other hand is NOT one of those. NO original thought was put in to this, it is a blatant copy and though I'm sure it works just fine, it's still a crappy thing to do. Before you jump down my throat calling me names, remember that I am the one who started this thread saying "Hey look at what these a-holes are stooping to these days, they totally ripped off Imeo's design". So chill and read what I wrote.

I did NOT say that it was cool to rip this off. All I said was that I had respect for DV for trying to get people cheap gear, that's all. I am sitting here posting inbetween toots from my GGTStealth + Penelope right now. Not a Chi Chi and a Terminator or any of that other CRAP. So before you make an assumption and jump down my throat, hold back. I did not say it was cool in general, though I'm sure my wording of what I was really trying to say is poor, I just meant I had no problems with chinese stuff (which is always called clones it seems this day,) like the DID clone, etc. I DO have a huge problem with this, which is what the OP said in the first post, aka, ME. And if you weren't talking to me, I apologize, but some people take vaping wayyyy too seriously. In the end, whatever makes you happy.
I do not like this, but if I saw a guy walking down the street with one I wouldn't pour my Pepsi out on his head and curse him out or anything, ROFL!
Edit: And also, no offense to Eric, but from what I gather, he's a simple vaper who uses things like clearos and basic setups. He's not into the hobby side of things, so don't go too hard on him for posting a link to the GG wiki, I really don't think he see's what a touchy subject it is. He's had many complaints to the manufacturers of his products he sells from other vendors (Stormy's is one for sure I would imagine since they're a rip off and they sell GG rip off's, how ironic) for charging too low so that the other vendors are having a harder time gouge their products. We're all in the same boat here folks, quit smoking and stay quit, when you come right down to it. That being said, I am kind of disappointed that he is selling this, but I'm certainly not going to degrade him for it, I just hope people don't start buying them much, but I already see one was sold today.
Ok, so I before I make anybody mad, I just wanted to say that I hope nobody thinks I'm being a jerk, it just seemed like I was being flamed for making a comment that I didn't really word very well to begin with, and I hope I didn't overreact or completely misinterpret everything to begin with!

Believe me I know this, and my rant wasn't directed to you because I know you were just commenting, not trying to flame me for me (albeit, very poorly worded comments), and that is exactly what I did. I could have gotten a knock off, but instead I bought a Stealth and a telescope + top tube for it instead of the cheaper EA mod. I <3 Imeo! I was just saying that there are MANY who obviously do go this route, not saying it is a wise decision (it's NOT IMHO).

Yeah I feel bad about writing all that last night, because I now don't think it was aimed at me, it just seemed like it at the time because I am a very loyal GG customer (it's basically all I vape) and I thought I was getting flamed which really upset me at the time, but I don't think so now. I really hope everybody will just slide over my responses up there, because I think I REALLY misconstrued the posts, thinking they were directed at me!
Yes, my Penelope is really scratched up (it was already mostly like that when I got it, but I didn't care!) but I literally pulled it out of a fire and it still kicks ...! If I had the stones I would give it and a few parts of my Stealth a brushed finish but I just can't bring myself to do that.

I fully understand that sometimes emotions run up high and time makes us regret some of the things we do. But as long as we can all work it out inside the GG family, we are gonna be OKAY!!!.

I had a message typed up in their contact us section of the site but I figured it was not my place to suggest changing the name, and I didn't want to do anything that was not my place to do so and promptly deleted it and didn't send anything. I still figured I would point it out either way, and since the iAtty is not nearly as commonly known of a name than Penelope or Odysseus, it's quite possible they are unaware of the iAtty's existence entirely.

its not the first time that copiers do that Phreaky. The first one was totally wicked, when they named their mod "Odyssey". Then a Greek person named his mod "cerberus", when I had announced this name 15 days ago on GG forum. Now this.
I will talk to ecf again. But I am really enjoing this stuff. I always felt that I was a simple person that makes nice e-cigs, but these people try to make me feel like God

The discussion about fakes doesnt really matter , the important thing is to spread the fake thread on this forum i think, and keep that updated, because soon or later rookies will investigate about ecigs and they will see the real thing. All the rest is just to lead us to nosence discussions.
