+1 for AW IMR 18650 batteries.

For your tight bats: try removing the stickers from them. NOT the plastic wrapping, just any stickers that are on them. I had some tight bats and removing the stickers helped them fit a bit better.

Most of us use the AW IMR batteries for a couple reasons:

1.) They are SAFE chemistry so there is not a protection circuit.
2.) They dont have the thin wire going from one end to the other for the protection circuit which makes them fit better.
3.) They tend to hold their voltage longer before dropping off and needing to be recharged.

Hmm, good points there, will look into that, though don't think i'll need more batteries any time soon. (these Panasonic's coming in soon)

Yep, heard that suggestion myself, would would be good, but I think I might just stick those batteries with my provari as they have no issues, got new batteries dedicated just got the GG coming it, will wait and see, unsure if they will arrive from Hong Kong before New Years though
