Had a bad day (sad actually working with a family that lost a 4 mo old child). When they left I wanted a real cig so bad.... The peach didn't work, wow peppermint wasn't cutting it then I remembered I had Wow Cowboy from when I first started. Today I got my new order that included a shorty white auto battery with orange led so loaded it up, grabbed a beverage and it was just like old times. Now mind you, normally that isn't what I would want - but now I know to keep a few of those on hand....

I know what you mean about the ciggy cravings...I always keep a few flavors on hand that remind me of an analog for when those situations arise.

My Prayers are extended too. You chose the exact right thing to do! Our addiction knows when we are ready to cave and will try to force our hand. Emotional times are the worse followed by anger.

Oh IowaGal....I can only imagine how hard that was for you. It's terrible losing anyone let alone an innocent child. Kudos to you for finding your stress spot...I have some high nic hard flavor stuff for times of stress, course I wish I could claim I could have been as strong as you....So very proud of you

Thanks guys.. it's really nice to have the support of our family here when we need it. Hubby took me out for supper and I am feeling better now. Actually it makes me feel good I didn't cave... think I might have that monkey on my back under control...just might need a Cowboy from time to time
