Thanks for the replies people sorry I've not been getting emails about my posts like I usually do to check up on this thread I don't mind paying for quality bought to many cheapo quick fixes and would rather have sonthing I buy once and it will last like the sound of the metal nova using one atm and love it and it would be useful to keep them dastardly kids of my lawn ;-)

If you go to the Modders sub-forum, Bedazzle is now selling ss caps to go with her glass tubes.

The Bedazzle tubes are really amazing works of art & her new caps are available in several different colors. I'm on my phone, or else I'd post a link for ya...but still not sure how to do that yet.

If it matters much, I'll be making some simple personal use ones. Almost everything you need (and everything you didn't know you need) can be had at mcmaster-carr. You'll need to get the caps elsewhere, I don't think the grommets there will suit.

You could Make your own get you some Map tank innards and a glass carto tank xl and you off and running

Have a question for Baditude. I bought the Valley Vapes tank, but it seems like they stopped selling the delrin/ss caps. Is there a different place to buy the endcaps, so I don't have to deal with the grommet?

If you don't mind also, maybe the dimensions for inner/outer diameters.

To the best of my knowledge, the vendor at Valley View Vapes has end caps on order. You can contact him and he will alert you when they arrive.

I just saw a thread here yesterday or so where someone was able to successfully put the metal endcaps from a Smoktek DCT on his Triple V pyrex tube. He took pics and posted them. Check the tank forum.

I just got a tank setup from ibtanked and am loving it so far. Pyrex glass and stainless caps. Got one XL and one standard tube that I can switch out on the same caps. I'm pretty sure this is one of the cheaper options for a glass tank but it seems to be really good quality. It's also slim enough that it's not awkward on top of my ego batteries (the ego type C cone for tanks fits perfectly with it, the cone is just a hair wider than the tank but not an issue).

There's also the Zenesis Pro atty made of crushed quartz at about $150 and a 6 month wait.
Also it should be mentioned that the Vivi Nova (original full size version) has a metal tank replacement for a few bucks you can buy if you want a mini-mace standoff weapon as a PV. Hobos are everywhere but you can walk with confidence knowing that, in a pinch, you can hold them off by truncheoning them within an inch of their lives with your Vivi Nova Mace. Not anywhere near as aesthetic as pyrex, but much more durable.

As for glass clearomizers I can't think of any that exist. They seem to be a punched carto tank only phenomenon which, to me, is a bit shortsighted. They need glass clearos, like yesterday.

Completely agree glass clearos are well over due and I can't see why it isn't possible maybe will add extra thickness so they won't shatter in people's pocket or will affect there pricing can't be far off with rebuild ambles popping up everywhere
