So, I have been seeing YouTube videos and commercials with footage of dogs being reunited with their owners after being deployed for years and stuff. It was very touching. Until I spent this weekend dogsitting. The wind blew the door shut while they were in the back yard, and I didn't notice. I went to open it and got the same greeting... wigglewiggleliclwigglewhimperwigglewiggleliclwigglewhimperwigglewiggleliclwigglewhimper.

This is not to discredit showing love, gratitude and relief when soldiers make it home in one piece, not at all. But some dogs get so happy that they pee all over while wagging ferociously any time you walk in the door. Even if you only went out to check the mail.

Oh, yeah.. count me in for the sub-contest.
