Believe it or not I am on medication. I try & take it as late as possible but I'll even fall asleep without it. Then I wake up like 9 or 10 and take it. Idk its a mess honestly.

Every once in a awhile I will take one for a few nights to help get my body back into a better sleep pattern. It does work. I do eventually drift back into a crap pattern but at least it breaks it up for a bit. If you are not against taking that maybe you can ask your doc about it?

The other thing I have found that will help ( and DON'T any of you laugh) Is warm milk with a touch of honey.

Ugh fell asleep at lke 8pm therefore its now 2:40am and I'm awake. Not good. My sleeping habits are terrible its a cycle I just can't seem to break. Not sure what to do....this happens every day. Now since I'm up at 230 I know by 8 tonight I'll be exhausted.

1. Man, I have been neglecting ECF, and my tree fam. Things are going well in my world.. finally getting the house totally rearranged, hitting the job search in a hardcore way, and vaping like a locomotive..

Hope everyone here is doing well too! I didn't have the wherewithal to read 1100 posts.. but you know...

Well - Today is gonna be a busy one, Facillatate "Bereavement Support Group", Organize & Set-up "Meds" for the month, Dinner with a Friend, then both watching and recording (to see later in the week) a full night of some of "My" Favorite TV Shows . . .
