through that same pattern. It bites. I hate taking pills, I really do but I have some Ativan that I use when I have to fly as I am terrified of flying. They are very mild but will help me sleep.
Every once in a awhile I will take one for a few nights to help get my body back into a better sleep pattern. It does work. I do eventually drift back into a crap pattern but at least it breaks it up for a bit. If you are not against taking that maybe you can ask your doc about it?
The other thing I have found that will help ( and DON'T any of you laugh) Is warm milk with a touch of honey.

Ugh fell asleep at lke 8pm therefore its now 2:40am and I'm awake. Not good. My sleeping habits are terrible its a cycle I just can't seem to break. Not sure what to do....this happens every day. Now since I'm up at 230 I know by 8 tonight I'll be exhausted.
