54 minute rule lol
Echo... echo... echo...
Am I the only one here?

We're getting ready to go haul hay in 100-degree weather. Pray for us...

Well, I know it's afternoon, but I'm still injecting coffee into my veins, so I guess that's OK! LOL! As Rich said, another hot and soggy day here - 92 and humid. It's a little cooler down here in the basement, but unfortunately I had tons more "kitchen work" to do today, and there will be more tomorrow. I'm not going to have time to make the 6 post limit here for a few days, I think!

Ahhh, I feel cooler already! :)

Oh, my... I hadn't seen your post, Shawn. I'll take schlepping around in my 90 degree kitchen over hauling hay in 100 degrees ANY day. You have my deepest sympathies. Why is it always SO hot on haying days?

Here's another cool picture for when you get back...

LOL! Everyone left again! I should git, too, I still have things to do, but I finally found that picture I was looking for. My favorite tree picture! :) This big old elm is in our front "yard," and one morning everything was covered in hoarfrost and I happened to catch it just the moment before the sun came up, when everything was tinted pink. It looks like the trees are all covered in pink crystals. THIS is why I'm a morning person! LOL!

Sorry for the absence... I had to sort the FRAD mail so that my friend knows what bills need to be paid, what have been paid, what statements are what, etc.... Yay, it will be his problem tomorrow!

After much research and browsing, I've narrowed my next atomizer down to the following contenders... these are all clones..
1) Erlkonigin
2) Squape R
3) Flash E-Vapor
4) a kayfun v 3ish or Russian 91

Thoughts?
I have a SquapeR clone (can't remember which one). The first tank portion leaked like a sieve, but the vendor sent out replacements as soon as he got them in, along with an extra build deck for the trouble. It's a very easy deck to build on, but only for single coils. Perhaps the biggest problem is filling the tank: you either have to use a syringe/needle-tip or be very careful. It's also very heavy--if I stick it on my SVD 2.0 I could club somebody with it and they wouldn't get up--so it might also double as a personal protection device.

I've heard good things about the Kayfuns and Russians, but jpf would probably be a better person to ask on those (at least the Kayfuns).

I always thought that my kayfuns were great but your not supposed to do sub ohm builds on them, something about the isolator heating up and melting. I haven't used one since I got my subtank mini though. I haven't tried the new v4 model, I think that one might take sub ohm but not sure. I'm a pretty simple vapor, one mod and one tank with a backup in case something happens.

Ranger ; Awe, That's no fun. but at least you will have work to do instead? Right?

:tumble:
Yep, that’s the point. ;)

Headed home soon and can’t wait! I am so flippin’ tired from my weekend, but more so from the 6hr drive home yesterday. Normally it takes 4hrs, but traffic was horrendous. I drive a stick. My right leg/knee is still sore.

Have a wonderful evening, folks!

Catch ya later…

The Kayfun 4 can handle subohm with the addition of a subohm kit.

However, with TC, I don't think it's a worry...

Been worried that the emetal coating on clones might not be as "short proof" with Ni200 or Ti coils...

We managed to load, transport, and unload 4 truckloads of hay without anyone dying... whew...

1. I was sure I posted today, but nope. I forgot to I guess.

Welcome to the treefam @WickedGene !

Shawn, sorry to hear about the headaches and stuff, scary!

@rangerrobin All work,no ECF ... NOT nice as Uncle would say!

We had pizza, wings, and pretzel sticks tonight. Yummy.

It's in the high 90's here and will remain there for a while. I can tolerate going outside for about five minutes, then it's back inside to the air. :)

Totally NOT nice! :nah:
I'll just have to try gettin' my posts in before and after work. I have limited data on my phone, but I can also try during my lunch break sometimes.

Uncle - Sorry about your router.

Good Night / G'Mornin' Tree Fam!
