Robin, I feel your pain. Living five minutes from the beach and also close to a large university, I can understand the precision timing required for reaching particular destination and accomplishing specific goals.

I know you do, Count!

Weekends all year long are bad, but in the summer it's worse, even during the week. Then there are the "event" weekends, like Jazz Fest, etc. Lines to get into town!

I believe we're between vinemans, ironman triathalons, so it should be just the regular craziness this morning.

Speaking of events, my wife has to plan around San Diego Pride this morning. The parade will be winding down one side of Balboa Park, while my daughter's ballet class is on the other. Parking shouldn't be affected, but traffic will likely be diverted.
