glowstarter mod?

has anyone thought of using a glowstarter (from nitro rc cars) as their battery mod similiar to ripleys My Romisen Cree RC-A8 mod? I am planning to try the cree rca8 mod and ordered the flashlight, battery, and charger, and just waiting for it to arrive. but was cleaning my garage and saw the glowstarter and thought this would be perfect, but didnt want to try yet since my dse901 batt is working right now.

i suggested that a day or so ago but no reply. i think it would be a easy to do. as soon as i can get a used one i will try it. i will post my findings.
