I was at a goodwill store yesterday and found a few nice pieces of wood that I thought I could make a nice stand for my GLV's. I drilled 3 holes in them, painted the top gloss black and and then cleared the whole thing. Its not perfect but I like it. I left it to dry outside today and thought I would run down to the E CIG shop in downtown Anoka less than a couple of miles from my home and visit Steve the owner for a bit. While there he made me an offer I couldn't refuse (not like he had to try). He sold me on a stand cap, slightly different version than what Jay has showed us in his video but serves it purpose well. So I guess I could have just drilled 2 holes rahter than 3. I anticipate my custom (3rd) GLV should arrive from Jay and Sara late next week. Anyway here are the pics:

I rec'd my latest GLV2 5v today. So hopefully only for my own LIVING health ((wife would KILL me))I won't be making any purchases for a while. I had some re-work to do on the headcap after testing a few cartos and tanks. I think I have it all taken care of but will be brainstorming just a few for my own improvments.

Looks great Dshark! What tanks are you using on those GLV's? They look sharp. Are you using a 510 extender too?

Thank you..!! I use SmokTech DCT's with bright caps and smoke tinted tanks; 3.5 ml on the mini and 5 ml on the 2 5v GLV's. The shorty extenders that I am useing come from Good Prophets, these are sealed, flat button connections and they have good threading. I have a 7/8 inch extender on my new one at the time of the pic but I put a shorty on it too.

yes, 510 to 510 extention 1/2 inch sealed. I never knew or heard anything of having to use non-sealed extentions. So I just wanted the extra protection from juice seeping down the pin channel. The pin does have some sealing insulation below it. Just figured if I want to use my larger DCT's I would need the adapter and well might as well be a sealed one. Works just fine.
