I would like to know if the bottom feeder will work with cartomizers? And will it work better than the the top feeder? I believe a bottom fed cartomizer would always be more efficient by being able to keep the carto wet inside close to the coil. Any thoughts?
According to an earlier post from Jay, the top-feed is better suited for use with cartomizers and the bottom-feed is best for atties.
Doesn't fully answer your question as to whether top-feed and cartos "will work" but that's the best info I can find until I get my "dual feed" arrives.

BWG, all of my other bottom feeders work great with cartos so that is the way I went, not a fan of top feeders so hoping it does work ok or I will be devistated. So looking forward to my GLV-3. Hoping it gets here before next weekend so I can take it to the lake.

I feel your pain scottitude, once they ship it will be another 3 weeks til it gets to the uk and there is a 99% chance that I will be deployed on exercise for a month by then. 7 weeks man it's gonna hurt. I just hope enough pictures and reviews get posted to stem the rising despair.lol

Only Jay or Sara could say for sure but in my experience, they typically ship order batches as sequentially as they can.
If an etching, powder coating, or assembly problem occurs with one or more units I doubt they'd hold up the whole batch, just the one(s) that need to be redone.
Seems like the initial GLV-3 orders started around 1090-something if that gives you any idea where your falls in the production process.

The initial order of the GLV3 was probably around 1090 or something but with all the other orders in between of the GLV2 or the mini or super mini and whatever else makes it hard to estimate if you ask me. The only thing I can do is stalk my email for a shipping confirmation ( then the USPS), and this forum for updates.
Hmm -- what do I want more --- shipping notices to others or pictures? I want both ---knowing that my shipping announcement will soon follow! Eye candy helps the yearning!
Rose I couldn't agree more. The only solice I have is that I am going on R&R in a few days and the horrible week or more of travel from Afghanistan to KY is time I can't stalk and Jay to ship my GLV3 to the house.
