Wanting to dilute some 18mg Dekang RY4 to about 12mg.
Set off to the chemist here in Australia and asked for VG or PG, they said they couldnt help with VG but the pharmacist gave me a 100ml bottle of Glycerol BP 1ml / 1ml and said it's the same as PG. Is this correct?
Am I ok to dilute by adding this straight to the Dekang RY4?
