i really hope that this is just an isolated experience with customer service with CigEasy.....the reason why i am so concerned is....
I ordered my GO GO from CigEasy only because Nhaler was out and i really wanted it, despite a PM from an ECF member warning me, due to a bad customer service experience she had with them. it was shipped quickly and i am very happy with the GO GO (minor glitch is one of the batteries is temperamental and requires occasional twisting counterclockwise on button to "reset"..no biggie...i love my GO GO).
I quickly placed another order for empty cartos the other day. That order has been processed and is en route. Great. However, I did happen to email the company telling them that I didnt get my free 10ml juice with my GO GO kit (no biggie), so feel free to add it to the empty cartos order. I never got a reply. I even checked my spam box.
This kinda concerns me. I feel very comfortable with Nhaler cuz Drew is ALWAYS responding on ECF to customers.
So...that being said, and having seen this video complaint, I am going to have to re-think carefully if i am going to place further orders with CigEasy. Any thoughts?

The Truth be told txtumbleweed, AND ANYONE ELSE READING THIS POST:

I know from personal experience, and the experience of many other testimonials that Cigeasy's customer service is very very good indeed, granted some people may not get an answer back within ten seconds of sending the inquiry, But as I have said before on other threads:

"People who seem to think that they are the CENTER of the known universe will never ever be satisfied unless the vendor of anything and everything they buy packs up shop and moves into their front yard and stays there forever at their beck and call to wait on them hand and foot"

I am sorry but even if it takes a day or two to get back to me on an issue, (Oh yeah and it Never Has taken more than 24 hours), I consider that to be Outstanding customer service based on the Thousands or even Hundreds of thousands of customers they probably have including myself.

Just my opinion based on personal experience.

Nate AKA Darth Vapor

P.S. I have no less than ten vendors that I buy from and I would stand behind each and every one of them 100% of the time.

CigEasy has always provided excellent service for me. I noticed she never came back on after posting the video and didn't respond to any of the posts concerning it. That tells me alot right there.

You are very very welcome my friend. I know it can be nerve racking on here sometimes, but just keep in mind that you Can please some of the people most of the time but you cannot please all of the people all of the time. But I have learned very fast how to weed out a legitimate complaint from a load of Horse Pucky. I did watch the video in question and I believe it is most likely lack of patience and abuse of the product that caused it to malfunction in the first place. I did everything that was in the user addendum of the tips and tricks that have been revealed throughout the development phase of this PV and mine works just as advertised and I believe it is because I performed the suggested actions on that insert to a tee. A lot of people get so excited when they get a new "Toy" that they disregard the packaging and ALL of the instructions therein and then can't seem to be able to figure out why the danged thing does not work.

At this point I've also placed about 3 seperate orders from CigEasy. 1 for the Go-Go (and extra Cartos) and 2 additional orders for more extra cartos (what can I say, I'm paranoid about running out of them) :)

In any event - all three orders have been completed quickly and without issue. A co-worker also ordered a Go-Go from them which was unfortunately shipped without the charger (box was empty) and that whoopsie (they happen) was resovled quickly.

Working in customer service myself (more or less) - it's less about IF the occasional issue comes up (they will despite all the best efforts) - but how an organization handles them when they do. I've had no problems whatsoever and email communication on order status (not to mention shipping) has been blazing fast and nicely packaged.

The only minor nitpick I would have is that when I ordered my Go-Go, the 10mL sample bottle was at 24mg which totally rapes my throat - but since I ordered blank cartos with my Go-Go kit and didn't specify (didn't think to - still learning) - I can hardly blame them for that. Besides, mixing it to make my Wild West Menthol from Velvet Vapors has worked well and extended the life of the WW Menthol at a vapable strength for me.

It's all good. I certainly will not hesitate to order from them again - same goes for Nhaler btw.

Funny...Ive seen that exact same problem with several ego style batts on 510 chargers myself..it seems that center posts can be a little different from batt to batt. That being said if a batt is rattling theres no way you should be using that...thats asking for trouble and a possible fire or getting burnt from an ego or gogo or whatever....

Does it do the same thing when you use the electrical outlet to charge? If it does have you tried to gently pry or pull the center post on the charger out just a tiny bit.?

No, I had no clue what to do about this and I was afraid of making things worse. What would I use to do this? Didn't know I could either. It's worth a shot at this point.

Oh, and it does this with both batteries. Every time the battery is dead, have to fiddle with it forever to get it to start charging. Says they're charged, but they aren't. I never know when I'm going to think I have a charged battery, unplug it, go to work, and no ecig because the battery ISN'T charged after all.

This isn't something new that just came up. I've had the thing for over a month. This is after a month of going over the instructions, reading this board, emailing customer service, trying everything I could.

Yes, at this point, I am very frustrated. I'm frustrated every time I have to charge the batteries. Other than that, I absolutely love it! Frustrated when I go to work a 9 hour shift only to find that I have no ecig for 9 hours because the battery that said it was charged isn't.

I ordered the GoGo for the same reason. I had leaking problems a LOT.

CigEasy sent it right away, I was actually SHOCKED at how quickly it showed up.

I'm extremely happy with the way it works, it made me choke from how much smoke I got the first time I took a draw, lol! I do love the cig, it's just the battery/charger part that is really getting me down. It is really easy to fill, no leaks, smokes great.

I was fiddling with the Ego constantly, this one you just fill and go.

If I could just charge the batteries without the problems, this would be everything I want in an ecig.

I was waiting for a battery to charge when I read this, and didn't want to touch it because it seemed to be actually charging.

I did what you suggested, and IT WORKED I think! LOL
I pried it up some, started screwing in the battery and the light flashed right away, and is charging without having to mess with it at all, just screwed on lightly!!! I think my problem may be solved! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My charger is finicky, but there is a solution.

Pull up the post just slightly on the battery. Have the pigtail end plugged into the AC adapter already, then slowly screw the battery in and stop once you get the 3 flashes on the battery. Wait for the green pigtail light to turn red, et voila! Charging Go-Go!

That is great I hope it continues to work good and it should. You're quite welcome and we want all the users to be as happy as we are with ours. I have three sets and haven't had to mess with the posts on any of mine but some users have.

I sent you a PM regarding this.

YOU ARE AWESOME! I had never seen anyone suggest prying up the post of the charger. I used the tip of a pair of scissors, pried it up. Screwed the battery in lightly, charging immediately! The light isn't turning green after 1-5 minutes, battery still charging! My problem is solved!!!

I contacted CS at CigEasy to let them know, so they are aware of solution. Now if there's anyone else having this problem they can let them know what to do.

*Dancing around watching my battery charge*

It was the only problem I have had with the GoGo. I've been in love with it since the moment it showed up, other than charging time. Wonderful hit, easy to fill, don't have to mess with it incessantly ... everything I want in a PV!

I do believe that now it is absolutely PERFECT

What is it about the gogo design that makes it so superior?

Tell me more about the carto and how the coil is different.

Anyone that liked the janty ego....what makes the gogo better than that?

1.The battery is 1300 mah and lasts me about 23 hrs of heavy vaping
2. The Carto holds 3 ml of juice
3.The Carto has a bottom hoiz coil and no burning problems
4.The airflow and filler packing allows great wicking with no dry hits
5.It is simple to fill if you use a drip tip or whistle tip, you just pull off and drip like you would an atty
6.The cartos are lasting for weeks and not burning out
7.All this combined makes it a PV that hits consistently all day long without re-filling or re-charging
8.Just fill it and Go-Go!

Horizontal coil carto design. Better wicking, no burnt or "carto" taste. 3ml capacity. 1300mAh batteries. Cartos last for weeks instead of days. Flavours are enhanced, not muted. TH is as much as you can handle. Vapour production like an early 90's nightclub.

It's an all day vaping machine, what's not to love?

It was the solution some used very early on until they started filing down the plastic and that seemed to fix most of them.
