What is it about the gogo design that makes it so superior?

Anyone that liked the janty ego....what makes the gogo better than that?

LEAKING. I found myself having to mess with the Ego constantly. Too full, not full enough, switch filler. Still leaking. I had to sit it up on end or it leaked. Intermittently get a mouth full of fluid. Mess with it some more.

I fill the carto on the GoGo by removing the mouth end plug with a thumbtack. Fill by dripping fluid in the end, I make sure I drip all over the filler (not just in one spot) until it's wet. If it's overfilled it will drip out of the battery end. At that point I wipe the battery end with a tissue, blow into the hole to clear it, put the mouthpiece plug on and start vaping.

It has never leaked, unless after overfilling I set it so it is slanted toward the battery. Then I wipe all of the connections and the threads. All good. I've never messed with the filler, and am now waiting for some cartos to dry that I cleaned for the first time. I just rinsed in water.

Cartos are cheap comparing to the $50 it costs for an atomizer from Janty. I had tried cheaper atomizers but I didn't like them. Didn't hit nearly as well as Janty's. These cartos hit MUCH better than those. HUGE cloud of smoke.

So; better hit, battery life is as good, fill it and go without worrying about leaking, don't have to fill it as often. I have an ecig I can just fill and smoke all day with no fiddling. Exactly what I was looking for.

I had filed mine down twice, and was looking into a belt sander next. LOL

You should get you a drip tip or whistle tip and you won't have to use a thumbtack or mess with the white plug.
The drip tip for the ego mega cone atty type A works great or the soft whistle tip off a 801 cartridge works excellent too.
Here is where you can get the drip tips. https://www.cignot.com/product_p/ego-dco-all.htm
Here is where you can get the whistle tips. http://www.ecigsupply.com/Cartridges/801/Dse-801-penstyle-Blank-cartridges-p209.html

Tell me more about the carto and how the coil is different.

Anyone that liked the janty ego....what makes the gogo better than that?

You know, after reading this thread I got to thinking and summarizing my experience with the gogo and how it fits in to my life. I was wondering, What exactly is it that makes it stand out from the crowd? It looks like other PVs. It's basicly the same as other PVs as far as batt, coil and filler. So Why?

I think that the gogo and Igo will capture a lot of the new market that is just now coming to e-cigs. I consider myself the "Point of the arrow" of the new market.

The new market is the baby boomers. They've been smoking most their lives and are just now feeling the health effects. Boomers have to be dragged kicking and screaming to anything, with the exceptions of sex, drugs and rock and roll. The devices you need and the fiddling you have to do with most e-cigs to get a good consistant hit are more than the average boomer wants to put themselve's through. "No thanks, I just wait for the pill to come out that will cure me of my bad habits." That's the attitude.

The gogo is that magic pill. Well actually it's the magic suppository that replaces that pack of cigarettes and works without any effort, muss or fiddling. You just stick it in the proper orifice and it will replace cigarettes with a satisfying alternative.

In the end, the baby boomers are going to drive the market for gogo and other trouble free e-cigs in the next couple years and I expect to see the e-cig market grow exponentially. That's what I think.

One more bright spot on the GoGo front. I got some pure VG juice from Vapor4Life (cafe mocha) and it was REALLY thick. Kind of a syrup consistency and wouldn't really drip, just sort of poured. I ended up using a syringe rather than waiting 'forever' for the juice to soak in. Results were great! Seems to wick fine for 2 days now (becoming my favorite vape). This juice would have been the death of some of my prior PV's but the GoGo handles it like a champ.

Hi Everyone. I'm new here and also new to vaping, 8 days in now. Based on all your recommendations, I placed my order for the GoGo on Sunday and received the shipping notice yesterday. It should be here before the weekend, fingers crossed. I can't wait to post here again once I've used it so I can let you all know how much I love it.

I see you made it over to the other side of the street. Glad you found us. Welcome to the Gogo Nation. Your passport should arrive in the mail any day now. :)

I found this thread early Saturday afternoon and could not believe what I was hearing. It sounded exactly like what I was looking for. I was already planning to buy another PV with longer battery life and I happened to find this thread. I did a forum search and read other threads about it. I was sold. I ordered it Saturday night and it arrived Wednesday.

I have been vaping on the same battery (out of the box) for five hours now with no sign of it wearing down, the other battery is charging. The flavor and vapor are awesome. It came with 5 prefilled cartos and I got 15 extra. I vaped the prefilled carto for three hours before it started to drop off in flavor. I don't think the prefilled carto was fully saturated. That's not a complaint. I have bought other prefilled cartos and cartdidges and they never seem to last as long as the ones I fill.

I just refilled the carto and I think I got at least 3 ml in there maybe more. All the lines and numbers have rubbed off of my syringe. I saturated it, I was amazed how much juice I was able to get in there. Happy coincidence, I got my juice order today also. I have four new flavors to try out. Those are my impressions so far I will post again tomorrow after I've had it for a full day.

SSV2 has graciously offered to send me a replacement charger and battery. He also mentioned that somewhere along the way I may have dropped the ecig causing the battery to rattle. I couldn't ever remember a time of dropping it, although I did drop my Ego millions of times (clutz).

I now remember it DID fall out of the locker at rollerskating. I had to send my son back in to look for it when it wasn't in my pocket. That very easily could have been what knocked that battery loose. The locker was 3 rows up and the floor there is marble.
I didn't ask CigEasy about the rattling battery EVER in my emails, but now that I've mentioned it they are going to replace it, and want that battery back for a diagnostic. I consider that going above and beyond!

I have to raise the charger post before each battery charge now, so I'm guessing I sanded it too lightly both times (instructions said lightly, maybe I took lightly too far though)? Either way, SSV2 is just going to send me a new one. CigEasy is very lucky to have him, as are we!

Another member has also sold me another brand new kit at a discount, so now I'll have 2 chargers and 4 batteries, 2 batteries being the new type with the shut off. I should never have a meltdown again. ROFL

I plan to mark the new batteries so I know which is which to prevent confusion on my part. *has blonde moments*

Wanted to stop by here and publicly thank SSV2 so everyone knows not to be leery of CigEasy.
I never said they hadn't replied, or that they didn't reply quickly. They ALWAYS REPLIED, and within an acceptable amount of time. I just felt like what I was saying wasn't being heard when I emailed them. I HAD read the instructions, and came on here to see what else could be done. Perhaps I didn't get that across when I emailed them. Rather than email them again, I allowed myself to boil over and flew off the handle at battery charging time. My apologies.

What do these other tips do, besides making filling easier, that makes the ecig better? There must be something to it because everyone keeps mentioning them

Big welcome to the new GoGo Nation members. I second the recommendation on getting a drip or whistle tip for your PV. It really completes the experience.

Hi stomkat, I actually remove the tips before filling the carto, I like to see where the juice is going. The gogo has a large circumference around the mouthpiece so the tips give a more comfortable feel, more like what you might be used to with other pvs. :)

It's a mouth feel thing really. I did not use a tip for a while with the gogo and got used to the large end but I find the whistle tip makes the inhale feel more natural.

Ok thanks for all who replied to my questions about why the gogo is so good and different.

my last question has to do with the carto.

See, I'm an ego user (1 year now) and I'm pretty happy with it, but i do recognize
the shortcomings of the design (wicking & leak issues...etc) I would very much like that
solved.

But here's the thing. Janty 510 Atomizers last me months at a time. when they begin to underperform
I clean them, then dry burn and it's back to goodness.

You can't clean and dry burn cartos right?
they cannot be resurrected right?

I hear often how great carto's are, but I also hear often they don't last.
and you can only refill them a few times before they stop working properly. You use them a month, you toss them.

That's the only hang up I have. I suppose if the carto's are cheap (how much are they anyway?)
and not $ 15 each like the Janty's its a win situation. Though the Janty's also have a 6 month warranty.

Thanks very much for your replies!

The gocarts are 3 bucks a piece. Yes, our latest trick with the cartos is to remove the filler, clean the carto and filler seperately and then dry burn the coil before re-inserting the filling.

man I have not heard so much hype for one ecig, i thought I had the end all with the leo , and then again with the ego t system guess i should snag one of these if they ever get them back in stock that is..

We are zealots for the Go-Go but it is the real deal and most of us have tried a lot of different PVs looking for what the Go-Go does. I think Cigeasy has them in stock or he did yesterday anyway. Nhalers won't be back in stock for a few weeks.
