I have GoGo cartos that I've used over a month without even cleaning them. I decided to just replace them when they wear out, but I've had a hard time wearing them out. I fill mine from the bottom first and then up with a syringe, and I never use them dry. If people are now having problems with cartos, it must be a batch problem. I bought 10 filled and 10 empty. At my current rate what I have will last more than a year. I'll add that the thickest juice I use is 75% PG / 25% VG. I'm wondering if some of the problems are with thick, syrupy juice.

Purely conjecture on my part but I think I only get a few days between cleanings due to how I vape. I bought out a members stuff so I have both new and old style, pre-fill and blanks. They all seem to get weak after a few days.

I am off the anologs 3 months now but off the smokeless tobacco 2 weeks. To get anything resembling the nicotene hit I got from the dip, I rarely take a hit that doesn't reach the cut-off. I also chain vape and keep the coil smoking, literally. The few cartos I have rebuilt took quite a bit of coil dry burn to clear the build up.

Since I never vape anything thicker than pg80/20vg, I am guessing I am choking the coil off in a few days by keeping the coil scorching hot and carmelizing the juice more rapidly than it would normally. It works for me though and I have no complaints. I have yet to get a burned carto or filler but I do keep them wet with 4-5 ML a day.

I doubt many are the fiend that I am while still killing the Copenhagen urge but I am wondering if the vaping habits of others who may take repeated hits in a short time may be effectively doing the same coil clutter as I am. I only see one other vaper in person and I have noticed she tends to press the button a full second or two before she takes a hit.

I can see based on my findings while cleaning how the extra heat generated by rapid and long duration pulls might cause a performance degradation more quickly than a normal vaper. And it may be a bad batch as others have surmised. I just know the GO-GO and carts gets it done for me so my only complaints relate to hardware quality or lack there of. The vape itself is great. :)

Just got my Go-Go and Get-Get it now!!! Holy moly!!! I thought I was in vape heaven before, but the flavors of my juice on this thing is RIDICULOUS!!!! It's a bit airy (but I remember reading that somewhere), so I'm sure I'll have to search how to make it less airy. My only question so far is this: When I was filling the cart (my first experience), I was referring to Mohawx's guide, choice 3~~using a syringe. I filled it up 1.5mL and put half on one side, rotated, then half on the other. I wasn't even completely done with the first 1.5mL when it started to leak out of the battery connection side. What am I doing wrong?

Edited to add:
Are there any drip tips that will comfortable fit the go-go? I like to make things pretty and the black tip isn't going to fit the theme I have in mind for it. LOL

How far in did you push the needle on the syringe? I normally just insert it in just a little ways on one side inject 1 ml rotate inject another ml and then slowly inject the last ml rotating a couple of times and wait a little if it begins to pool at the top. I let it set for a few minutes to make sure it isn't leaking and you're good to go. Some people let them set over night but I never do.

I pushed it down until the tip of the syringe (where the needle attaches) touched the top of the cart and then pulled up some. I think I'm going to try the qtip method just to make sure that no juice is going down the center tube. Even though I haven't seen juice come to the top at all, I think it has to be getting in there somehow. Please bear with me, I only know all things egot and want to learn more about other devices (particularly my newfound love, the go-go!)... :D

My Go-Go has a metallic taste compared to my Ego-T. I am using original Go-Go carts that came with it, plus I ordered new ones when I bought it. It tastes metallic with same juice I use in Ego-T, all the cartos taste the same. It doesn't matter if new or used. All carts are empty ones. I did not get any prefilled. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Do the juices you're using all from the same vendor? I'm just wondering if the juice itself may to be to blame since the ego T mutes flavors and I've heard some complaints about a few people picking up on "funny" tastes in different juices. I'm not one of those people who picks up on weird tastes, but the same juice I used in my egoT is definitely more pronounced in my Go-Go. I can pick up the undertones of the juice in the Go-Go that I couldn't pick up with my egoT. Just a thought... :D

I think you are pushing it in way to far.

Once it began leaking out of the bottom, I stopped for a bit, wiped it off, connected it and vaped for a few. Then I took the cart off and dropped a couple drops at the very top, but it still leaked out of the botton. I dripped them down the side so they wouldn't go in the center tube. I dunno what I'm doing wrong, but there's no way that there is 3mL in this cartomizer????

Hey Major, curious, what nic are you using? Sounds like you could bump it up a bit...

I will give this a try! Thanks everyone for the tips!! I'm sure I'll get the hang of this since my egoT's will probably be used only as backups from this point on. LOL I just vaped on my egoT and already, it's just not going to cut it anymore. LOL :D

So, am I "offically" a member of the Go-Go nation or do I have to apply? LOL
Too much fluid in the center tube. Blow it out from the mouth end then wipe up. Let it sit for a bit then drop on the sides so it does not hit the center tube. I do 20 or so then let sit for 5 and repeat.

Hey CC, here's another thing to check. Now that your carto filler is all wet, try some gentle down pressure on the filler. The seemingly-small capacity that you describe COULD be caused by the filler not being properly seated all the way to the bottom of the carto. Picture it this way...the juice in the filler kind of builds up upon itself. The filler itself will hold so much, but the filler seated down properly will have solid bottom to better support the weight of the juice. I can't describe how hard to push down, but it shouldn't take much. If you overdo it, you can always pull it back up a bit. Even if you do overdo it...if it solves this problem then you know you're on the right track. Many times, this unseated filler will also result in a burned taste, because once all of the extra fluid drips out, then there is no filler touching the coil and therefore no fluid to vaporize.
