One of my personal favorite tobacco flavors is the Pink Spot Honey Cured tobacco in a 24mg. It is the closest I have tasted to a Marlboro Red based on my personal experience and taste pallet.

Hope this helps :D

It is great to see all the new Go Goers out here and congratulations on your purchases. It is also very good to see all of the purchases from VapersElite are also working out extremely well. Binaryman is definitely a great guy and an original Go Go User as well.

I was Marlbooro red smoker for years. Later went to Menthol, and after a while, I didnt like the reds so much. Been vaping now for a few months. I only liked the Menthol at first, but I find after trying different flavors, I really dig some of the cherry and watermelon flavors. I think you get used to things, and my taste buds are coming to life.

So don't be afraid to check out other flavors you like. Some of them are pretty awesome.

Agreed Caillel, I started at age 14 with Marlboro Reds myself, and then switched over to Menthols too, First Benson & Hedges Menthols then over to Salems and finally settled on Pall Mall Menthols for the past 15 or so years. When I first started vaping Menthol was all I wanted. Now I use Peach, Strawberry, Pina Colada, Malibu Menthol, Cherry, Menthol, Peppermint, Pear, Green Apple, Fine Cigar, Cuban Supremo Cigar, Pink Spot Honey Cured Tobacco and a couple others I can't quite remember off hand. But my flavor pallet has definitely expanded by a land slide since I first started vaping. :D

+2 to that Nate. I smoked Reds the majority of my 40 plus years with some Smooth and Newport in the mix the last few years. On starting vaping, I tried to make a tobacco flavor taste like something similar but in that process, found that (especially with the GO-GO) I was getting the nic hit with several different flavors.

I still use the DK-Tab as a staple but for me it has never tasted like a tobacco flavor. Atomic Cinnacide though is my daily mixed with the Tab. That's the combo that kicked my 23 year Copenhagen habit to the side (in my GO-GO of course!) :)

Don't think I'd risk that, just to test it...american spirits probably taste better than the average analog, and I've got 22 years with them...best to not risk it methinks...

I get ya though, gonna read a lot of vape reviews and take what the folks here have recommended into the mix as well, confident I'll find something better...

On a related note, why do ya think these companies don't just let them steep inhouse, so they're ready when you buy them...several weeks is a long time to wait for an e-liquid to get palatable, right?

Grats to you! The first milestones, no matter how small, are the biggest really.

thanks!

It does actually feel like a pretty big deal, I've gone longer without a smoke before, but never so painless...just the occasional twinge, which is quickly vaped (probably more than necessary nicotine-wise) away!

I know it's kinda silly for a milestone...BUT

12 hours cigarette free!

(even with the crappy tasting juice!)

the gogo rocks!

Hang in there and order a few juices to try. I waited a month before curiosity got the best of me and I decided to smoke part of a real cigarette. I didn't even smoke half of it - disgusting - horrible taste - nasty - smelly - choking. There's lots of flavors out there that taste and smell great. I mix my own juice now and have (5) favorite juices ready to go: Blueberry Banana, Vanilla Peppermint, Vanilla Ice Cream, Cinnamint, and Coconut. Not one of them stinks or tastes bad, and my lungs are loving being free of the 4,000 chemicals in stinky, foul-tasting cigarettes. Another thing that I love is the fact that there is no second-hand anything, so I'm not potentially hurting anyone else. I can also vape around my grandkids, and they're happy that grandpa has stopped smoking. After over 40 years of smoking, vaping is the only thing that has set me FREE from cigarettes. YEAH!

Do something nice for yourself and everyone around you - don't go back to cigarettes.

A lot of companies offer the ability to specify your PG/VG ratio. Some also offer the ability to add more flavor, etc. If they pre-mixed all possible combinations, they would have a lot of juice on their hands that eventually had to be tossed out.

What most of these same companies do offer are already steeped sample sizes in PG/VG ratios you can't specify. That really serves 2 purposes as it prevents too much pre-mixed that may go bad over the weeks or months and you get ready to vape liquid at a smaller cost to see if you really want to invest a larger chunk of change in that one flavor.

At first blush, I was like you are saying myself but as time is going on, I like the fact I am getting freshly mixed juices that I was able to sample before committing a ton of money to. :)

I can dig that, but the e-liquid I bought (fsusa american spirit) only comes in 50/50 to begin with...do you know how long the stuff stays good...does the shelf life hit a sweet spot and then decline in potency and/or flavor? I guess I'll get samples next time if available, though.

Thanks!

btw, vaped with my morning coffee for the first time this morning...I was kind of worried it wouldn't do the trick...but it did!
still smoke free!

Ah FSUSA! Yes, they are a great juice but you have a valid point regards their specialty juices. They do only offer their tobaccos in a 50/50 mix and I have tried to get David to budge since at 50/50, all I taste is the greasy VG to my old buds.

They do offer their flavor range juices in any PG/VG combo you want but not the tobaccos. BWB and want2vape also come to mind as 2 more that wont alter their PG/VG ratio but the majority of other makers will. Back to FSUSA, I bet they would sell more of their specialty (tobaccos) to newer vapers if they did offer more than the samplers pre-steeped.

As for shelf life, I don't really know as I see stuff made and dated back to late last year gone in 60 seconds when placed on the Classifieds here. Maybe I am missing out but I haven't tried any 6 month old juice (that I am aware of ) and don't plan on it intentionally.

And gratz on making breakfast with the vaping. For me, there were several key moments of the day to overcome when I started the complete change over and breakfast and bed time were two of the hardest for me.

Here is what I prefer.
I go to a place like esmokeclub.com
I buy unflavored juice.
Then I buy a lorann sampler of interesting flavors.
And than I mix to see what I like.
Watermelon, cherry, strawberry. As strong or weak as I like. (watermelon is fantastic)

I have debated long and strong about investing in some water melon juice but I have heard too many say "Yeah, it tastes just like Jolly Rancher". I am put off by it as I am a lover of the actual water melon fruit. Have you found any flavoring that approaches the fruit versus the candy water melon?

Thanks! :)
