Sound as if the wick is too tight inside the coil.

Love the Goblin mini, but man, it sure did tear up the paint on my IPV D2 when I screwed it on... probably should have thrown an o-ring on there to keep it from touching. Oh well... the flavor is worth it!
Agreed. I pointed out the 5-6 problems with the Goblin Mini but the flavor makes it worth putting up with the things that bugs me about the mini.

That's the one that scares me the most.
I'm a pretty good wicker, but one just never knows. That, and the air flow paddle scratching up my mods. 
Is the fill hole big enough for a unicorn tip, or do you have to needle fill?That's the one that scares me the most.
Yes, I usually put my mix in a small unicorn and it works fine.

I've used unicorn bottles to fill. Heck, I even use the glass bottle with the dropper style bottles to fill, and it worked, little messy, but not too bad.That's the one that scares me the most.
I'm not the best wicker in the world by no means, but I haven't had any leaks yet. Been using two of them in steady rotation since mid July.

Mcgyvered a fix to the fill hole screw... Anyone around long enough to remember the boge carto plugs?
Mom taught me to save everything and these little guys used to come inside the condom when they were shipped. I trimmed off the end of the plug and trim the circle a little like this ((. It fits inside the bottom and doesn't restrict the airflow control at all. I found that while it's not a tight fit, turning your mod upside down and screwing the tank on holds it in place. I use mine on a istick, as long as your tank doesn't hang off your mod. Working great so far and haven't had any issues or leaks. I'll try and take some pics in a bit...

That's the one that scares me the most.
I fill mine with the plastic needle tip that most ejuice comes in. So a unicorn bottle should be perfect.
I have wicked and re wicked mine and never a leak. I have the cotton filling the coil but still slides in the coil, and the wicks goes all the way to the very bottom of the four juice wells and I am wicking 70/30 ejuice no problem.
Since the airflow is directly under the coil vapor wl fall onto the mod and appear to be leakage. It isn't. I cured that problem by releasing the Fire button a fraction of a second before completing my inhale so there was less vapor in the chamber.
