The battle of the tanks is on. I tried many tanks to get that dripper like flavor and vape production. Of course very subjective, these are my top 3.
At #3 love the Sub-tank and the amount of juice it holds. Very easy plug and play feature when buying the coils, for those lazy "don't wanna rebuild" days. Alot better then the Atlantis, imo. Although, haven't tried the rba yet, afraid it wont perform as well.
#2. The Goblin takes it, as it outperforms my sub-tank flavor wise. Doesn't hold as much juice, but taste great with great flavor production. I prefer rebuilding, for ohm control and cost efficient reasons. It performs well on my mech mods, better then the Kanger Sub, but really shines on my VV Box Mod.
#1 The Big Dripper v2. Although not perfect coming from, (what I believe to be) first generation RDTA's. This tank outperforms all tanks!!! I know im comparing three different categories of tanks, but this tank is the CLOSEST you'll ever get to an RDA. BELIEVE ME. Flavor and vape production, by far the best amongst all tanks I own (so far). Put it this way, it outperforms my tobh and can compete with my Dark Horse in clouds. I build it .03 ohms, crank my box mod up to 110w or 6.9v and its just AMAZING. Yes, I know, I like a hot, dense vape on my drippers.
However, like i stated. The big dripperv2 is not perfect. I heard the cloud by wotofo, is an upgraded version, but haven't been able to get my hands on one. If someone would post me a link, it would be much appreciated. However, I did do my research, and they haven't fix all the problems, the big dripper v2 has. For one thing BDv2 can leak, if u top fill it, remember to pressurize it upside down, similiar to a kayfun. I believe The Cloud has fixed that problem, with the off switch. The plastic instead of glass, is problematic also. The juice I use is starting to crack the plastic clear window, and there are no glass replacements (that I know of). Unfortunately, the Cloud hasn't fixed that issue. And the spring. As sturdy as it may be, I can see it wearing thin in the long run. A thicker, stronger spring, may improve it.
Reason for my thread was not only to compare, but to find other opinions, on great tanks that come close to am RBA experience. You cant go wrong, with any of my top 3 as I feel, they outperform all of their predecessors. I also like to see some more upgrades to the first gen. RDTA's, for I believe RDTA's may be the future. I just hope this companies take note of Youde, in which they listen to the input from the vape community, and make upgrades quickly. Can't wait to hear your input...the battle of the tanks...especially, those that compare to a dripper.
