Goblin vs Billow V2

imo neither, both tanks have been out on the market for quite a while, there are better/easier to build RTAs out currently that you can look at as well.
I have the Billow V2 Nano, just purchased a billow v3...the billow v2 is a great RTA, awesome flavor, clouds all day, however, no top fill, 4 post rebuildable base, harder to build than a velocity style, no top fill, none of the bells and whistles of top airflow, juice flow control, etc etc...
Its a nice tank to include in your collection, but if you're looking for an all day beater, I would look at newer tanks out there.

Goblin mini V2 has just been released, it's not old. It's lovely tank, one of my favorites, so that's a good choice.
Another nice choice is the Bellus, although indeed somewhat old, still great.
Both have the advantage that you can do both single and dual coil.
If you don't care about single coil take a look at the Griffin
If you don't care about dual coil take a look at the Bachelor or Serpent.

I just received a Goblin V2, unfortunately I meant to order the Mini V2 so I'll be returning or selling the Goblin since I can't imagine owning a tank that isn't top fill in today's market. No top fill is such a deal breaker IMO.
