First the good going on 3 1/2 weeks analog free, but still stressing out and short tempered. I feel like how most women feel when pregnant but I am not, but just as emotionally fragile at times. I know I have a casein and gluten sensitivity issue, and with that I do well trying to avoid products with those components, thus major dietary changes in past year or so. The last I looked ecigs juice does not haVe casein or gluten, so questioning is leaning toward how long does one potentially experience these mood swings. I really would like to get to a happy medium where I am not so sensitive and emotional. Any help is greatly accepted. Granted I do have stressful situations at hand, but I feel there should be some neutral happy ground here. I know last checkup I had I was deemed healthy and that was in September so not sure what is going on.

Hello
I think you need to look into the WTA eliquids. Nic is just one of the many tobacco alchoids we can become addicted to while smoking those stinkies.
Let me find a link to explain what this is and I know there are several vendors who sell it. brb

:)

Here is a link to Aroma ejuice vendor. They make and sell the WTA's and can explain what it is.

Your nicotine intake might not be as steady as when you were on the 'stinkies'. Finding out, and adjusting the nic level would definitely be something to look at. Are you vaping as often as you were smoking? The delivery of nicotine to our systems via vaping is different, (slower) so vaping a bit more with lower nicotine seemed to help me. Also I find exhaling out of my nose gives me even more nic, which can helps those fits of needing an analog.

Came in to say this, there are 1000s of addicting chemicals in analogs, so its reasonable to assume you can continue using nicotine in a safer form (vaping), while still suffering withdrawals on some level. Just keep trucking, it gets easier, in no time at all the thought of a cigarette will make you feel sick. And that is an empowerment worth a few weeks of stress. Best of luck.
