What do you mean by "burning them up"? What is your experience to know what is and isn't normal? What liquid? How much liquid?

The NO2 suggestion is likely if you're not already there, but what you are experiencing could also be normal for the liquid you are using if you are using NO2.
I have tobacco liquids that will clog up a coil within 1 tank. They're not burned up, they need cleaned, although they can taste like they're burned, or they can stop producing vapor at the wattage I started with and act like a popped coil.
I tend to clean my Protank every couple tanks (2 days worth for me).
Are those wattage settings what you like or are you going by what others like. You have to decide what you like with each liquid and atty. Jumping into a setting someone else tells you to use is a good way to get burned tastes.
