Yes. Put some VG on your palm and a little water and rub it in just like hand cream. I have an old bottle of Humco VG .Labels says;
Glycerin 99.5% Anhydrous...........Skin Protectant
Use:
Helps prevent and temporarily protects chafed,chapped,cracked or windburned skin and lips
Warnings:
Do not apply over deep or puncture wounds,infections or lacerations unless directed by doctor

Directions:
Dilute with equal amount of water and apply liberally as often as necessary.

Front label also says Skin Protectant Pure Natural Skin Softener

VG is good for skin, and one of the reasons why I grossly underestimated how drying vaping can be. Makes a great soap base too. Oh I like this thread. Skin creams are my favorite things to spend too much money on :) Besides shoes ;)

I'd also like to highly recommend O'Keefe's Working Hands" brand hand cream. I use this every winter. Being a guy,I tend to wait until my hands are pretty dry before taking action. Working outside as a rail conductor, my hands would crack at times from being so dry. I found O'Keefe's to heal them quickly while not leaving that greasy feel that I can not tolerate.

Plenty of good suggestions for lotions and such, but you should also pay attention to what kind of soap you use. Be sure to use a moisturizing soap in the shower, rather than a deodorant soap, and check that your hand soap is also moisturizing. Don't use too much hand sanitizer, either.

Plain VG won't work for all... All lotion's do contain quite a bit of glycerine in them.

As for a lotion suggestion checkout Jergens Ultra Healing. It is pretty good stuff!! And Johnson and Johnson's moisturizing lotion's for babies!! You will be surprised once you use them.. Hehe.. My logic is, if it is safe for babies............

if you have it in your area, definitely seek out alba botanicals! I have the worst skin ever when it comes to moisture, but this brand always makes it feel better than normal. the closest rival I've found is lush, which is a handmade cosmetic chain. if you have allergies, you definitely need to read the ingredients. they used the Latin name for almond oil in one of their lotions which I overlooked, then had to recover from full body hives. it was super.

I second the Corn Husker's lotion. It rubs in quickly and leaves your hands moist with no grease. It's a glycerin base. It's getting hard to find in stores, but I ordered a 5 bottle pack from Amazon a couple of years ago and still have a couple of bottles left. It lasts a long time.

It's been so long since I've had to buy any I wonder if I can still find it in the stores. The no greasey feeling is the best part.

I've gotta say... i use the burt's bees wax "hand and cuticle healing salve". i have a condition that dries me out insanely, even prior to vaping. its not really a cream or a lotion... i compare it to chap stick for the hands. and it is greasy for the first 30 seconds or so until you've really rubbed it in. but its not perfumey, and it works really really well. (sadly...no pg or vg in it...so i guess i can't vape it...)

the other part of it i really love is that it comes in a little tin (i told you, its like chapstick, not like lotion)... so when my son jumps up and down on my purse, i don't have a giant mess of gooey lotion to clean up. (ahh the world of toddler having.)
