If you don't mind waiting for like 2 weeks, I got my Vamo from
VV650 VAMO V2 (body only) eGo APV - VaporBreak
Its really cheap and the Vamo works great, I didn't need it but for that price I couldn't resist.

This may be rather risky now .... Several threads on VaporBreak, quite a few getting nervous on their purchase (including me), several have opened PayPal disputes.

The evic seems like the best choice for me. Its a little pricey but it seems worth it. Does anyone have experience with it?

I have a eVic....good little mod. But it charges via USB and you will be without a mod during charge time. I have tried other batts in it(aside from the supplied one) and did not perform as well.

What's the best place to buy a Vamo? I think I've decided on that just because it isn't too big and I've heard the build quality is great. Also, what specific batteries should I use?
The quick answer is Vaporbreak. If you register on the site the price drops to about 27 bucks. Be prepared to wait a few weeks because shipping is slow. For batteries, you should get some un-protected 18350's. The Vamo has built in protection so protected batteries do not work quite right. With the 18350's you can use it with just 1 battery so it is not so bulky.

I ordered from vaporalley because they had everything I needed in stock. The only question I have is what to do with the voltages. Do I use a higher voltage for a higher ohm? And can I blow the atty if its not right?

Howdy! I generally set my volts 2-2.2 above my ohms. On a 1.8 ohm atty I would set at 3.9 volts and then adjust to taste. whereas I would start around 4.4 with a 2.4 atty.

Now do yourself a favor and get some of these batteries. They work the very best in the Vamo or any other 18650 mod that I have tried. Shipping is free but it will take right at 2 weeks to get them.
