Once again a lot of love for the Vamo! eVic has been going well, love the screen and twist dial, its a good set up but yeah the case does feel a bit soft compared with the ProVari.

I haven't seen a Vamo personally but would the construction quality be similar to the ProVari? I honestly can't imagine anything coming close to it, I know its expensive but they definitely FEEL like they are worth the money. Haven't been able to use it yet, batteries in the post...

Tom, any links to the ProVari wrap? Having trouble finding it on google...

VAMO V2! have had no issues and find the build quality to be rock solid. If you are just getting into VV and want to try it out the Vamo is the way to go. I have no need to drop a load of cash on a provari now and the menu on the VAMO is so much better. Not a fan of the Provari menu and from what I have seen the Zmax has an similar menu.

best thing i can say to anyone that wants to vape.
go for the best you can afford now.
you'll spend alot of money and wind up wishing,
you had done it in the first place.

# 5
buy the best and pass up the rest.
spend once now, or twice later.
i like provari, they're made in the usa, they make me happy.
do i need one ? no. am i glad i have one ? yes. so now i have 4.
do i wish i had bought one first ? yes
but i'm not you.
i don't live in china, so i'd rather not support them.
buy what makes YOU happy, and you will be.

# 6
it really doesn't matter what you use, how much you spend.
the point is, you're not smoking.
life is short, and you can't take it with you....
play with it 'till you're bored, then get a new one.

at 1.21 Gigawatts, how many volts are you vaping ?
What the hell is a Gigawatt????

Vamo! This was my first mod after upgrading from my eGo-styles and I couldn't be happier. I love the ability to easily change V/W setting, checking the Ohms after I wrap a coil and checking battery level. I haven't used it in "shorty mode" (1 18350 battery), but glad I have the option. Well built too! Currently have it paired with a Phoenix RBA, dual coil. I've never had a better vape! Oh, so pleased with the VAMO, I bought a second one! Shop around - you can get one cheap (under $30)!

Looks like you have done a fair amount of research. Maybe you should just buy all of them:D That's what I would do if I were you!!

HAHA if only... think I've spent enough for a while, the missus say the CC statement today and flipped but I said "Hey, would you rather me smoking instead?" That kinda diffused the situation, for now anyways...

Also just sold my Provari and bought a Vamo V2 SS and am VERY pleased with it. Can't be beat for the price and the many features it has. Paid $37.00 incl. delivery. Also bought 4 X 18650 X 2250 mah and 2 X 18650 X 3400 mah Panasonic batts for $40 incl del. .

Where did you get this from? An online store or local vendor?

My first mod was a provari and love it. After using it for 2 weeks I bought a sigelei zmax v3 telescopic as a back up. Love that too. I end up using the zmax as a beater. They both work great but provari has better build quality. You can not have just one mod ...its an addiction to get more. Already pre order a precise ela.

I am looking for a bottom feed mod. I noticed that this thread did not mention this type of mod. After having tried almost every type of tank out there, that is my next step. Tanks just do not work for me, due to the fact that they take to long to recover from a draw.

Do you mean the cartomiser tanks take a long time to recover?

I know I'm gonna get it from all those Provari and Evic fans out there but for me, if it's your first MOD and would like to get the best BANG for your buck, go get a VAMO.

The VAMO has all the great features like RMS mode Variable Wattage the same as Variable Voltage plus can accommodate a whole range of batteries including stack 18350 which on normal vaping use would last you a long time, a lot longer than one 18650 would. And for the price of a third of a Provari and half of a EVic is a steal :D

And for thous of you Provari and Evic fans saying I dont know what I'm talking about I do have both.
