Good morning to all..finally feeling better today.
@Larkfour - not sure about the black cherry...but I'm going to try later this week in case it was just from not feeling the best.
My order finally arrived today....it took a detour from Des Moines, IA (30 min from me) to Cincinnati for the weekend I guess, but is home again:) Hope everyone has a great day, I need to get back to work.

Hey just found out a friend of mine switched to vaping *pat's self on back* and is using VV, so I had a chance to try peppermint/spearamint/moondrops that he mixed together, and I have to say I will have to order some peppermint and spearamint. While I am at it I will most likely throw in some pillow dreams just because I have always wanted to try it.

The good, the bad and the ugly on my quest for being in the back of the pack in a sprint tri:
I had my oldest daughter time my first 50 meter front crawl, today. I hit the time I wanted (yay) but I can only do (1) 50 meter at that speed. Need to build up to 10 lengths, at that speed, without stopping.
Got home and got on my bike (my husband bought me a speedometer on Sunday), to see how much faster I need to go on my 4 mile rides. Yipee ... I am already riding in the speed range I want to be in, on fairly flat land. Need to maintain the speed and build my 4 miles to 14 miles.
The truly ugly: Running - yikes. After I finished my bike ride, my second daughter went on a itty bitty run with me, to show me an 11:00 pace. Thought I was going to pass out after 1/8th of a mile!! Need to build up to 3.1miles.
On top of all this, I now need to start paying attention to when and what I am eating. Now I'm choking down breakfasts, instead of relying on cigarettes and caffeine to get going in the morning. vaping sure is bringing changes to my life.

My second daughter told me I had to post this to my forum, so that I wouldn't back out.
Tomorrow I am suppose to be going here with her: vertical endeavors wall climbing | Flickr - Photo Sharing!
Ummm....really...I am suppose to try to climb that!!

Wow Larkfour...good luck with that...lol!! :) You can do it tho, after all, look at everything else you've been doing lately!! :) You should be very proud of yourself!!!!!!!

Iowa Gal, I wish we lived closer to each other, so we could do Zumba together...really want to try that!

As soon as my breathing gets better I will be on my Elipical every day...already pulled it out and put it in the livingroom, where I'll see it every day. I use to do it every day for 30 minutes(when I smoked no less)...now I can't really breath all that great after 5 to 10 minutes. I go back to my doctor on Thursday tho & think once he adjusts my meds should be getting even better.

Good morning all!

Ty, I've actually had a nasty little bug the last few days but am finally getting back on my feet today. My sister has been a lifesaver but there's still a lot for me to catch up on. I'm armed with my Kona Coffee Milkshake and a BIG coffee! Wish me uck! :)

Good Morning VV'ers! Poppin in to say hello to everyone and wish I had more energy to exercise. This Fibro or whatever I have is kicking my .... lately. But you all have inspired me to at least get back on my Evolution glider which is parked in my bedroom and hasn't been used for over a year. it's pretty low impact so shouldn't hurt too bad.

Hope ya get feeling better Annette! And a BIG coffee sounds like a good idea right now.
