I want to say a deep sincere apology to Paul at Bluegrassvapor.com! I was a victim of Visa Gift Card Theft by someone !!!!!!!!!! After staying up all day and night determined as all hell to find out who stole my info and gift cc. I finally found out who and have their phone number that they used to buy adult services at this place.
http://www.ripoffreport.com/Corrupt...o-Te/interactive-audio-text-service-az6cd.htm
I did speak to an operator at Audio Text finally, and they say they are sending me the money back. Thx to the poster who tipped me off to the info on that company. TY so very much as it helped me track down who did it! I wasn't finding anything in google. TY TY TY!
Paul called me on the phone and we were able to talk things out. He helped me get my order in and kept in contact with me while I tried to find out who did it. He also checked with his Host and made sure his site was secure!
He is a very sweet guy with a nice accent, helpful and I feel so very bad for going off on here and him.
If I upset anyone else here, I am very sorry. I love this forum and ecigs! I have learned so much here and enjoy everyone's views and tips. Please know that this has been resolved! Waiting on my package and look forward to doing business with Paul in the future.
Having your personal info and money stolen really sucks big time!
All I knew was I put my info in and got an e-mail. The order # ect. It went poof gone and Paul's site happened to be the site I entered info in. When I saw my visa account wiped. I was quick to attack and go mad, because like most of you would have been. I was freaked out and ....... On the phone all day with my ID protection. Doing 10 scans, having a tech friend tearing my stuff up! Ugh and I know I rattled Paul as well.
The Visa GC place was useless. They said it was basically like carrying cash, and it's not smart to shop online. While in the mean time it says on the back of the card go online or use the phone to activate the card. Go figure! The lady said it could have got stolen at the time of purchase, online, or at anytime. I did some homework on the person who stole my info and now I got their info! I also recently had a brand new scooter for my nephew stolen, his X-mas present. Thief's get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!
Paul at bluegrassvapor.com keep rocking and I hope your company has mega success! You have free shipping, good prices, and deep concern for you customer's! TY and I am very sorry!

Sorry for your troubles..

In checking on the site.. And also I have purchased before from them. All transactions are handled by Paypal after you create your account. After you hit Paypal site everything is encrypted. Before that time you are not asked for any monetary info so really no need for encryption on Bluegrasses site.

So whatever happened would have been at Paypal as far as any info being hijacked which is highly unlikely. Since their security is very tight.

Bluegrass doesnt ask for anything besides your name and address, state and zip on their site which most sites would not encrypt and the vendor has no way of seeing what happens at Paypal during your transaction anyways.

Hope you can get to the bottom of it!

PS: Paypal does allow you to use a cc if you dont have a PP account..

Doots is on the Money!!!! .... Plus, that is what most vendors do... A lot of the folks you deal with are in small home businesses and there si a lot of money involved in secured site servers and such. This is why most vendors run the ins and outs of product development and availability, shipping, and marketing. They only request your shipping info and all the billing information is handled by the e-commerce side of the house. Most of the time the vendors use fielded resources for financial solutions with a company that primarily handles secured transactions and has better capabilities that would cost a fraction of what it would take to maintain servers for such transactions.
It is more likely that you may have had a hackers break the firewall at your local ISP.. or even, direct hack through your modem ... Lots of folks having this happen now days( worse thing about cell phones and advanced technology of the day).

Hey lady....I use paypal for my transactions. There is no way possible that I had anything to do with your Identity being hijacked....I suggest you remove this post. I have had several hundred orders and you are the first I have had trouble with. I told you from the beginning PAYPAL ONLY. You tried to use some pre-paid Visa card after I told you PAYPAL only. I am contacting admin of ecf.

This has nothing to do with Bluesgrasses site. There is no way they could or anyone else hijack and steal your info since you were sent to Paypal.
Bluessgrass does not collect any payment information. It would be best to ask admin to remove this thread. Bluessgrass has always been on the up and up. Like I said, there is no way for them to steal anyones information concerning payment info even if they wanted to..

I did not know anyone could use Paypal in any way at all for ecig purchases now. Could Paypal have somehow redflagged the word tobacco? Sorry for your horrible ordeal I had my CC hacked into once, and it truly sucked but ended up ok in the end. The feeling of being violated is very traumatic. Hope you find out what really happened.

I've used Bluegrassvapor with no problems. It was a very smooth transaction.

Is it possible that your computer was infected with some sort of virus or keylogger before you made your purchase?

I'm sure this is what happened. You need to make sure whoever you buy from has an encrypted safe site before you put any financial stuff on there. I had this happen to me with another co. but I was protected with paypal and got my money back. Sorry I hope it works out ok.

OK, OK, let's all just calm down for a minute. There are obviously a bunch of members here who feel Paul has given them great service. Admin has not heard of any problems with him in the past.

OTOH, there is now a complaint, which needs to be resolved. The OP needs to come back in here and comment so we can possibly get this cleared up.

So let's see what she does.

If it was an error on the OP's part, then that needs to be stated as well.

Lu

Hey Lu....can this post be suspended until it is resolved. I think this thread is slanderous and unfair to me. I have thoroughly looked allover my site, and she did not put any CC info in my site anywhere. My checkout page only asks for name, address, email and phone number then it automatically takes you to paypal.

I am all for people warning eachother about scammers and theives, but I am neither one of those.

I am in noway trying to attack Paul or Bluegrassvapor directly, I will change title if need be. This is seriously what happened to me last night. I used the other pre-paid visa on another site without a problem. I have been on the phone with my bank making sure in case I got hacked that I am covered. I've also been on the phone with my ID protection service for the last hour. Sorry I did not try to jump ship on this thread. I do not wish to harm anyone's company or service. I personally am trying to get to the bottom of why n how this happened to me! When I checked out it asked me for my personal info. Then gave me an area to put my credit card information in. Gave me an order number, and then e-mailed me. Then the email just poofed gone! Paul I am seriously sorry if I am upsetting you! I am very upset and want to resolve this and thx for the advice on a keyloggers. I have been ordering from companies for the last 2 weeks now without a problem with checking out. Maybe it was something to do with the Pre-paid Visa which believe me I wish I could get somebody on the phone right now. n really get into who and what was ordered on my gift card. All I know is that I had 25.00 on that card. I saw I went the 20 cents over and went to go back and change it. It went through anyways. I don't know Paul, all I know is I followed the steps and filled in the info. Now I have these crazy 3 charges on this per pay account. I know the person who bought these from me would never ever scam me. Not to mention the other Visa worked fine. I am at loss of what to say other then I am totally freaked out my personal info is in the hands of some stranger or strangers. Can you at least understand why I am FREAKED OUT? I have done virus update and on 3rd scan now. Paul you seem like an awesome person, your products and prices, free shipping is great! Why I so wanted to try you! I am sorry this mix up is happening. You have to understand as an consumer, until I know what happened. All I have to go on is that I did what I thought I was supposed to do and then this happened. If I find out it is a virus, keylogger, Visa's gifts fault.. I will be the first to speak up and say it!

THERE IS NOWHERE TO PUT CC INFO ON MY SITE. Once you checkout....you go to PAYPAL. You never paid me anything through paypal. I can provide over 2 months worth of transactions...0 with your name on it. I did receive your order on my site. It does have your name, address, phone number and email address on it. It does not have your CC info on it.
