anyone else use google voice..

I set this up on my phone since I have T-mobile phone so I get 5 numbers that I can call and can call me without using minutes.. so it turned my 300 min a month plan into unlimited calls.

I set up another account the other day since in a few months I have to send out invites for my wedding figured if i just go pick up a cheap prepay phone and link it to that then I can use that for a RSVP line that emails me with the names of the people that are going to show up, instead of having to answer the phone all the time or spend the cash on stamps, envelopes and wait on them to mail one out to me.

this might be a great thing for vendors since when you set it up you get to choose your number.. put in the area code you want to use.. does not have to be where you live, then put in a letter combo you want.. say you are in IL and you want the 708 area code.. put that in then do a search on the word vape or vapor or ecig ext.. and it will generate a list that is available for use.. like 708-555-ecig .. after you get the number you link it to your phone or multiple phones so if you want to be able to take calls when you are not home it will also ring your cell phone..

I like it.. it has options like block certain callers, if they leave you a voice mail it can be listened to over the phone or you can just check your email and it is typed out.. call screening so it will ask who is calling before it will connect

I've got this service, and it's great - the transcriptions, personalized answering recording....and if you call international at all, the rates are great (my folks live in Bangkok).

I have this as well, and works great for a business line. And if you want to get a new number, you only have to pay $10.

I love Google Voice. Been using it for quite some time, now. I like being able to give everyone the same number and then choosing who can reach me directly

they are too the point now that all you have to do is request one and its to you in a few mins..

it works real good if your cell phone limits you to 5 ppl that you can call for free.. i put my google number as one of the ppl and I use that to call out from so all my calls are unlimited free calls
