Got lucky in Kentucky

I was having ant problems in my hotel the past week so I had to watch what I left out. Low and behold they got into my cotton balls. I hit up 3 different stores got different ones rolled cotton and everything was just not to my liking. Just when I was about to give up I found there was a Sallys beauty supply right a cross the street from my hotel and what did they have, a box of cellucotton. 11 bucks for 500 ft. At least I got enough to last a lifetime. And to think I was starting to get scared that I wouldn't make it for the next 2 week's out here

I haven't tried Rayon yet but may check it out next time I drive by the Sally's in my area. How does it compare to using organic cotton?

Rayon wicks a lot better than cotton. Since I "discovered" it, my cotton is getting dusty. (No ants, though! )

ya.. Im using it as well.. generally. tried a hybrid cotton core, outer rayon build last night, Qorax posted something about it on the Erlkonigin.. works well!

one thing about Rayon vs cotton.. cotton swells.. rayon stiffens.. so stuff a bit more rayon than you would with cotton..

Uh, I think you meant shrinks? That it does, and yes, with rayon a bit more than you think, with cotton a bit less

I've never used anything but rayon. But since I also have 500 ft box of it, I've been doing daily/twice daily cotton changes. hehe

Loving it so far. Seemed like with any cotton no matter where I got it it would be burnt up from a day to 5 days. Not even a hint with the rayon yet. I'm still working on my first foot. My coils have always been spot on but chain vaping I can kill some cotton

I was given enough CCr to last me about a year probably, but went and bought a 500' box anyway.
I really like the stuff, and now I'm not worried what the next latest and greatest may be.
