Send an email to LF describing the problem you're having, the exact item that is malfunctioning, and your order number. This way the return/exchange proces can go through the proper channels and helps them keep the record straight. Their hardware is under warranty; go to the website and you'll find all the necessary information.

Posting on this forum is not the best way to get your problems resolved; the representatives do not read the forum daily.
